Abstract: To reduce the complexity involved in achieving the intricate motion and hence complexity mechanism, a new concept of Micro Flapping wing Rotor is firstly proposed to achieve active flapping and passive rotary motion. Secondly, aerodynamic analysis is made to understand schematic principles of this MFWR. Thirdly, parametric study (flapping amplitude, flapping frequency and initial angle of attack) using Theodorsen’s theory for lift prediction makes a significantly role for aerodynamic characteristics. At last, the prototype of a piezoelectric drive mechanism is designed and tested to compare the experimental data with theoretical values. The comparison shows that the lift prediction is closer to the experimental results.

Abstract: In order to improve the detect performance of the traditional pipeline magnetic flux leakage(MFL) in-line inspection tools, the method of tri-axial pipeline MFL in-line inspection is advanced. By the three leakage magnetic field components: axial, radial and circumferential, the pipeline defects are recognized. Applying finite element method to build the simulation model of pipeline MFL in-line inspection, then proceeding 3-D simulation analysis. The three components of leakage magnetic field (axial, radial and circumferential) can be obtained by using ANSYS 3-D simulation, and the pipeline defects’ existence as well as the change of the defect’s size can be estimated by the three components’ graph. The simulation results indicate: By the ANSYS 3-D simulation, it proves that the tri-axial pipeline MFL in-line inspection can be achieved and the inspection can be used to improve the level of traditional pipeline MFL in-line inspection.

Abstract: According to consistant thickness of thin-wall kind parts in the paper, based on that is used to two fill paths which are the parallel lines and contour trajectory offset lines to mixed filling of Z direction, and ObjectARX2002 is the second developing tool of AutoCAD2002 which can work out software on VC++6.0. The final software can simulate two filling path, and calculating the length of filling path. And then analyze the efficiency that obtain the conclusion when the new type filling method is used to forming consistant thickness of thin-wall kind parts.The conclusion that the new type filling method can improve the efficiency of Rapid Prototyping in a large extent, and it has a largely practical application value in Rapid Prototyping Technology.

Abstract: According to problems with the paste to aggregate ratio increases significantly and lack of recognition to cementitious materials effect of fly ash in current design method of fly ash concrete mix proportion, the paper introduces a new design method of fly ash concrete mix proportion that completely bases on the stable paste to aggregate ratio. The thoughts of parts of cement replaced by equal fly ash or by excessive fly ash in traditional method are not used in this method that starting from the stable paste to aggregate ratio directly, and using the connections of water-binder ratio and concrete strength to deduce the calculation formula of fly ash concrete mix proportion with method of absolute volume. The paper sums up the calculation steps of this new method, and combines with an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: The artificial dredging method is now used for the closed-type drainage trench of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., with low operation efficiency and large labor intensity. A new kind of dredging robot was presented in order to completely replace the human to clean the trench automatically. It is mainly composed of the crawler type walking mechanism, dredging chain bucket, silt conveying belt, and silt conveying carriage. Due to the adoption of the operating mode of mechanized dredging and mechanized conveying, the robot can enable the workers to get rid of the bad working environment thoroughly and overcome the various problems resulting from the artificial method. The 3D solid modeling and virtual assembly were conducted and the stability was analyzed by the use of Pro/E. It has been proved that under the condition of full load, the robot can implement the dredging operation stably and efficiently, which means that the design of the robot is feasible and effective.

Abstract: This paper by using the finite element method, orthogonal test method, BP neural network and genetic algorithm to optimization of crane structure system. A dynamic optimal computational model for the complex structure system with genetic algorithm (GA)and BP neural network(NN)was presented.Instead of the traditional finite element model,this model can be used for the fast re-analysis for the vibration system.Firstly,the harmonic response kinetics analysis can be processed on a crane structure system and can find out them ode frequency which has the strongest effect on the system dynamic behavior.Secondly,from the sensitivity analysis,the design variables which are more sensitive to the system dynamic behavior can be confirmed as the input variables. Then an orthogonal experimentation was used in choosing the training sample data and the sample data was calculated through the finite element model.The artificial neural network model which presented the dynamic behavior of the structure vibration was established.At last,the neural network model will be optimized through the generic algorithm and the optimal parameters of the structure dynamic behavior will be obtained.

Abstract: This paper present a high-speed reconfigurable serial fieldbus (HRSFB) used for industry communication with baud rate up to 10Mbps and reliable communication. We developed this fieldbus based on UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) and practice it on FPGA. By using hardware programming on FPGA, we can get the high speed and make the bus reconfigurable easily. This fieldbus system includes one main node and up to 255 sub nodes, and all the nodes can automatically identified and configured at the beginning of the system which makes the field bus system shrink or expand easily. Also hardware CRC technology and ask/answer mode are used in the communication protocol to guarantee the security of the communication. This bus has been widely used in many fields, like PLC controller, CNC machine controller, data acquisition system and so on.
