Abstract: For a further understanding of the features of objects in the microscopic image during automatic cell manipulation, an optical imaging simulation method for inverted microscope was studied, with an assumption of parallel rays of light. The proposed method calculated the forward direction of every ray starting from the source until it reached the lens or disappeared from the effective range. A virtual image could be generated by an imitation of a CCD sensing element. Emulations in cases of a micro glass bar, a micro pipette and an egg cell which were commonly encountered in cell manipulation were carried out, whose gray-level virtual images were contrasted to real ones for verification. Results showed a considerable effect of the proposed simulation method

Abstract: Foreign object damage of engine blades often occurs when they are working with high rotating speed. Nonlinear finite element models for foreign object damage of blades with different centrifugal prestress were established. And the initializations of stress and displacement field for blade due to centrifugal preload were obtained by the dynamic relaxation method in the beginning of the dynamic analysis of impact. The effect mechanism of centrifugal stress on the foreign object damage of the blade was also investigated based on the impact theory of prestressed Timoshenko beam and the principle of stress wave propagation. The results indicate that the local plastic deformation on the impact location of the blade with centrifugal preload, which is produced at the moment of impact, is decreasing with the increase of preload. Attenuation speed of compressive stress wave, which is produced by the moment of impact on the blade face, is reducing with the augment of preload.

Abstract: Pendulous Installation Method is fit for the installation of subsea facilities in Liwan 3-1 field. In this paper, non-liner coupling time domain analyses of the hull, the sling and the manifold are conducted, combined with an investigation into the critical factors affecting the lowering process, to improve the controllability of the lowering process and to make proposals about Liwan project.

Abstract: This paper used the tool of system dynamics to build an evolutionary model of self-organization for the supply chain collaboration. By solving and the analysis of applications, we know that the two order parameters of supply chain collaboration and profitability determine the self-organized evolution of the system. If the supply chain collaboration has not reached the critical region, the deviation caused by random fluctuations will continue to decay until it disappears, and finally return to the original state. When the system parameters meet to the conditions of non-stability, random fluctuations will lead to the changes of the orderly structure of the system. The model reveals the evolutionary processes and nature of supply chain collaboration, and provides a basis for the development of the supply chain enterprises

Abstract: Greenway construction theory originates in western countries. At first, more emphasis was attached on the landscape function, which is the combination of artificial landscape and natural landscape. As the theory and practice develop, the green way construction is on its way to sophistication and maturity. Nowadays, it has become an essential way to improve the urban ecological environment and the urban life quality. This essay mainly reviews the origin of the greenway construction in foreign countries, the definition, phase classification, planning issues and functions etc and takes the experience of western countries as reference, hoping to shed some light on the theoretical innovation and practice of greenway construction in China.

Abstract: A new method based on EMD (empirical mode decomposition) and local smoothness index for rolling bearing fault diagnosis is proposed. With this method, the local smooth index of each IMF (intrinsic mode function) got by empirical mode decomposition is calculated, IMFs with smaller local smoothness index and smaller fluctuation of its smoothness index are selected to analysis with Hilbert envelope spectrum, and the method proposed overcomes blindness of choosing the IMFs with the common EMD envelope method. Factual fault signal of rolling bearing is analyzed; the fault frequency of the rolling bearing is identified accurately

Abstract: In this paper, the vortex-excited resonance analysis are performed for main stay bar of a new type large-span bridge and the structural maximum displacement response in resonance state is calculated by programming , to be obtained the maximum displacement response and its occurring position of main stay bar in the vortex-stimulated resonance state caused by wind. The bottom of the main stay bar is fixed connection and the top is hinged. Because the bottom of the main tower fixed with better conditions, the maximum displacement should occur the place where are up middle of the main stay bar under the action of external loads. The analytical results show that the real compute results are better consistency with this judge. The results of this paper provide the base for the wind-resistant design of large-span bridge and can be to references for the coming bridge

Abstract: To apply Apriori algorithm to analysis on association of stroke and hemorheology, and obtain the meaningful medical information. A large number of hemorheology data of patients with stroke were collected, including whole blood viscosity low cut, whole blood viscosity medium cut, whole blood viscosity high cut, blood sedimentation, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, thrombus, age, sex. Minimum support was 0.2 and minimum confidence was 0.8 as experience for analysis of association rules with apriori algorithm. Four strong association rules were screened by the objective and subjective interestingness, which contained the relation between the stroke and age, sex, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity. The results show that Apriori algorithm can be used to study the the diagnosis and prevention of stroke.

Abstract: Traditional evaluation methods of industrial design are more qualitative and hard to be applied to product development. Quantitative methods centralize the fuzzy evaluation. In this paper, an improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) is applied to evaluate industrial design, whose mathematical model and steps are described detailed. At last, an intelligent home service is used in a case of industrial design evaluation to explain the IAHP. This method can be improved to guarantee the accuracy of the evaluation results, but also be benefit for the implementation and outspread of product design.

An Acoustic Experimental Study on Sound Acquisition in Standard Chinese by Native Speakers of Uyghur
Abstract: The present acoustic experiment studies the acquisition of Standard Chinese vowels by native speakers of Uyghur. The results indicate that in identifying the 7 vowels of Standard Chinese produced by the native Han Chinese speakers, Uyghur subjects with high Chinese proficiency perform better both in accuracy and reaction time than Uyghur subjects with low Chinese proficiency, and all the Uyghur subjects are not good in perceiving vowels //, /i/ and //. The results of the experiment support the Speech Learning Model and the Perceptual Assimilation Model. In addition, it shows that the second language speech acquisition is restricted by the first language phonological system.
