Abstract: The alliance rules stated above based on the principle of data mining association rules provide a solution for detecting errors in the data sets. The errors are detected automatically. The manual intervention in the proposed algorithm is highly negligible resulting in high degree of automation and accuracy. The duplicity in the names field of the data warehouse has been remarkably cleansed and worked out. Domain independency has been achieved using the concept of integer domain which even adds on to the memory saving capability of the algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper, a meshfree weak-strong form method is presented to compute the fully developed magnetohydrodynmic flow in a pipe. The radial basis function point interpolation approximation is adopted to construct the shape functions. For the nodes whose local quadrature domain is intersect with the natural boundaries, a local weak form of radial point interpolation method is applied. Otherwise, a strong form of meshfree point collocation method is employed. Numerical simulations are carried out for fully developed magnetohydrodynmic flow in a rectangular pipe with arbitrary electrical conductivity.

Abstract: It is a non-linear problem to evaluate the minimum zone spatial (3-D) straightness. Because of the disadvantages of evaluating spatial straightness error with traditional method, such as difficulty in solving the non-linear equation, the evaluating precision is lower. This paper develops a solution that can transform the non-linear problem into a linear problem. The solution can obtain more exact results than traditional method using results of LSC as initial conditions. This methodology can also be applied to the problems of computing the minimum circumscribed cylinder and the maximum inscribed cylinder. The effectiveness and efficiency of the novel approach are illustrated by two examples.

Abstract: This paper research on the screw extrusion technology,using a new method for improving the quality of explosive,combined with the Principle of quasi-isostatic molding technology,by loading pressure at the extrusion outlet. By simulating the process that the explosive forming in the mould ,test whether the new method meets the basic conditions of quasi-isostatic molding technology,compare advantages and disadvantages under technical specifications with traditional screw extrusion technology. Results showed that new method not only conforms to quasi-isostatic pressing conditions,but also can improve the quality of medicines compared with traditional method.

Abstract: Insufficient space and poor light down the coal mine resulted in many problems to the image on the monitor screen. In view of the problem of low resolution, unclear gradation, roughness and easy to interfere in the transmission process in bad communication environment, According to the characteristics of the image, researched to use the method of combining the algorithm of improving the traditional filter with the enhancement of contrast ratio to improve image. The experimental results indicate the method can make the underground video image quality improved and is a feasible method.

Abstract: Shaft torsional vibration is critical to rotating machinery as internal combustion engines because it may cause disasters if we ignore its significance. This paper introduced a portable digital system we developed to derive torsional vibration signal by a Hall Effect transducer. By analyzing the signal in frequency domain, we furthered the study on the influence of torsional vibration in each order under various rotation rates to determine the torsional resonant frequency. Moreover, a comparison between several signal processing methods in frequency domain was investigated and an optimum method for the spectrum correction obtained subsequently. Experiments conducted by this portable digital system showed its good performance in shaft torsional vibration measurements, analysis and trouble diagnosis.

Abstract: The method of transforming a ladder diagram (LD) and an instruction list (IL) of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to each other is investigated in this paper. Firstly, ladder-step is adopted on transforming LD into IL. Ladder-step is divided series or parallel by using recursive algorithm, and then complicated ladder-step can be divided into several simple ladder-steps which can be converted to IL easily. When obtaining simple ladder-steps’ IL, combining them together to get final IL program of complicated LD program. Secondly, on transforming IL into LD, stack algorithm contributes a lot. Scanning IL to generate LD of each instruction block, and then pushing them into stack. Combine LDs in the stack by operating instruction, and then IL is transformed into LD successfully. Finally, in the last part of this paper, we show our PLC software and lower position machine. In addition, this transforming algorithm has already applied in PLC software successfully.

Abstract: Aiming at the work and structural characteristic of dual clutch transmission (DCT), the control of clutch torque is analyzed during shifting process; A system dynamic model has been established; Several key influence factors of clutch transmit torque are raised, and then the accurate formula for each factor is derived respectively; Model and simulation are made up by MATLAB /SIMULINK, and then the clutch torque is analyzed during shifting process for a DCT car. The results indicate that the jerk will be reduced effectively by coordinated control for the changing ratio of clutch torque during shifting process.

Abstract: Nowadays, a lot of people engage in unsustainable daily behavior unconsciously, although most of them worry about the state of our natural environment. Designers can find ideas in people’s unconscious saving behavior and wasting behavior, and then realize these ideas into design. Based upon the case studies, the paper gives hints how to realize ideas derived from unconscious behavior into sustainable design.

Abstract: One of the most important technology for mold design is using the Hot-Runner (HR) system, which should be supported by much of experience and knowledge. Based on repository, this paper has presented a way to design the structure of gates, manifolds, nozzles of the HR. The system is successfully used to design multi-cavity injection molds.
