Abstract: The designed double-drum winch is applied to the development of Liwan 3-1 gas field of the South China Sea for lowering mooring anchor chains, which is composed of motor, brake, reducer, front and rear drums, two-stage gear transmission devices, rack and base. There is an intermediate axle between two drums of the winch. On the intermediate axle there are two gears, a large one and a small one. The large gear installed on the intermediate axle goes into mesh with the pinion gear installed on the output shaft of reducer, and the small gear installed on intermediate axle meshes with the large gears installed on the front and rear drums separately. The speed of rotate from the motor is sent to the two-stage gear transmission devices by the reducer, to realize two drums rotate simultaneously in the same direction. Compared to the double-drum winch of multi-motor synchronous drive, the designed double-drum winch can be more reliable and avoid the difficult technical problems of multi-motor synchronous drive and control in a large extent.

Abstract: This paper elaborates on all kinds of existing methods of computing profile error, on account of integrated comparison of all good and bad points, in the context of consistent benchmark for testing and processing, forming the definition of profile error, the article also analyses and proposes a new algorithm which is counting the minimum distance of two profile lines which are least containing the tested profile and paralleling to the academic profile as profile error, and that is the method of counting polar radius error. The experimental results indicate that this method has effectively improved the accuracy and efficiency of computing the profile error of scroll wrap, and it’s suitable to the High-Accuracy measurement and evaluation of scroll.

Abstract: In the paper, analysis and comparison is made for different optimization design methods of the separation steering trapezoidal mechanism based on the steering system of 170 tons mining dump truck. The optimal design method is obtained, and research shows that the steering mechanism analysis method introduced in many automotive design textbooks has errors and should be improved.

Abstract: The lepton flavor violating process has been previously studied in a model of electroweak-scale right-handed neutrinos. We have calculated the decay amplitude in unitarity gauge [1]. In this paper, we recalculate the amplitude in gauge but in small neutrino mass limit. The final result which the cancellation of the dependence in is different from the obtained amplitude and the technical points in the previous work.

Abstract: Tension tests on three different types of T700/EXOPY unidirectional laminates single-lap adhesive joints under uniaxial tensile loading were performed and effect of adherend thickness and spew fillets on strength of single-lap adhesive joints were analyzed in this paper. According to the experimental results, it is found that joint strength was not linear with the adherend thickness and much affected by spew fillets in overlap ends. At the same time, finite element simulations are carried out to analyze the peel/shear stress fields along joint interfaces and the intermediate layer of adhesive. The simulation results show that it is the main factor to leading to joint failure that the maximum peel/shear stress is occurred at overlap area edges and peel/shear stress of joints with spew fillet at the overlap area edges is less than that of joints with no spew fillet. Good agreements between the present simulations and the experimental results are found.

Abstract: There are big difference of fluid flow patterns between horizontal wells and vertical wells, so the current interpretation models of production logging multiphase flow in vertical wells are not suitable for data interpretation in highly deviated and horizontal wells. In this paper, firstly, the two-phase flow (oil-water and gas-water) simulation experiments have been carried out in large-diameter (0.124 meter internal diameter) uphill, horizontal and downhill Plexiglas pipe with practical production logging tools. Secondly, based on the conclusions of fluid flow mechanism from experimental data analysis, and considering the affecting factors (i.e. Logging tool and well deviation ), we have obtained slip velocity model after well deviation correction in highly deviated and horizontal wells, which have been corrected by the mature interpretation models. Finally, this proposed method has been proved correct and feasible through the experimental data validation.

Abstract: This paper describes the traditional diesel engine cylinder block casting process on the basis, focusing on inline four-cylinder diesel engine cylinder block lost foam process design and optimization of application. Product pattern and pouring system model formed with expandable polystyrene beads, and assemble them into a model cluster, man can drying them after the model cluster dipping with the aid of manual or manipulator . Put the drying model cluster into the single sand box which with a negative pressure pumping system, a single dry sand rain-type sand system filling and compaction. Finally, to achieve the solidification of molten metal casting and forming under a certain vacuum.

Abstract: With Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP) defined in IEEE802.1s, the Common Spanning Tree (CST) and additional Spanning Trees could be configured to take on load balancing in switch networks. For achieving balance distribution in traffic flows, we proposed an optimizing strategy to determine the MSTP parameters configuration in single regions. The strategy optimizes load balancing and shows its efficiency through computational results of instances. We compared the MSTP solutions in various flow load instances, and the result shows that the optimizing strategy takes an efficient load balancing when traffic flows are mainly between switches belonging to the same region.
