Abstract: To verify the damping effect of dual mass flywheel, the experiment is designed in use of power-transmission test-bed and rev-torque testing apparatus, and dual mass flywheel of DCT transmission system DQ250 is used to test its damping effect in the experiment. Kinds of conditions of car, like idle condition, run condition, climb condition, are simulated in experiment. The results show that different engine revs and loads, different damping effects of dual mass flywheel. The high engine rev and the more load, the better damping effect of dual mass flywheel.

Abstract: The cause of the fatigue fracture of the coal compactor roller shaft is analyzed in this paper. By means of investigating the macro-fracture and micro-fracture analysis for the shaft roller, and use ANSYS software to simulate the fatigue stress to find out the reasons of the roller shaft fracture and thus provides theoretical support for further optimizing the design of the roller shaft structure.This lied a solid foundation for how to improve the designation of roller shaft and how to improve the lifespan of the roller shaft

Abstract: In order to study dynamic characteristics of fluid filled pipe under hydraulic excitation force generated actively by a new developed vibration exciter, at first mathematical model of pulsating fluid was established and a computer code based on the method of characteristics (MOC) was developed. Then the excitation force calculated by MOC was forced upon the corresponding nodes of finite element of pipe, meanwhile, the nodes of fluid by MOC were assured to coincide with that of the pipe by the method of finite element (FEM). Finally, using Newmark’s method, the dynamic response at every cross section of pipe was solved. The numerical simulations show that a simple harmonic motion arises at every cross section of the pipe. The lateral vibration amplitude of every node along the pipe increases as the rising system pressure. So, this work is expected to provide some theoretical and exploratory basis for studying two dimensional vibration characteristics of fluid filled pipe.

Abstract: By the use of ANSYS common finite element software, the finite element entity model for the heat exchanger is built. The strength analysis of the heat exchanger in the Hydraulic pressure condition is done. The analysis results show that the maximum stress concentrates at the transition the sharp corner of the saddle and the maximum displacement location is the middle cross section of the heat exchanger. According to JB4732-1995, the surplus of material needed is large, the design is safe and meet the strength requirement. The analysis results can be used as useful reference data to design and manufacture in the large heat exchanger.

Abstract: By the experiment on dynamic performance of long-span steel arch bridge, the natural frequency and dynamic responses of the 140m steel box-section tied arch bridge over the Ting Si River Bridge in the Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line are tested. the tested results of the bridge dynamic responses show that the bridge structure can meet the security requirements when CRH2 EMU runs on it in the speed of 250 to 350km/h.the lateral and vertical stiffness are larger, the vertical and lateral natural frequencies and the other dynamic performances of the bridge can meet the requirements of the relevant norms, When the CRH2 EMU runs across the steel box-section arch bridge in different speeds

Abstract: The technologies of image block, pyramid and multi-threading were used in this program to design the high-speed image generation display module and the processes of image data scheduling and mapping and solve the problems of large-capacity image data modeling and high-speed displaying. The technology of direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) was used to design the Doppler shifting signal generation module and the multi-processor parallel system architecture, which can analog the Doppler frequency shifting of the data communication signals and solve the problem of the authenticity of communication signals during the simulated flight.

Abstract: This paper mainly researched on hydrodynamics performance of a wheel-blade bionic propulsion device designed based on the mechanism of a basilisk lizard treading water, when immerged in water and in different angles. Applied FLUENT software to gain the figures on lift force, propulsion, pressure nephogram and volume fraction distributing of bionic propulsion device when θ is at 100o, 125o and 140o, discussed and analyzed the rules of hydrodynamics when θ was altering, established the groundwork of optimizing the design of the bionic propulsion device further.

Abstract: Filling and solidification for aluminum alloy packing block in die casting were simulated by numerical simulation. Distribution and change of temperature field as well as velocity field were visualized. The desirable processing parameters can be obtained with pouring temperature of 620°C and mould temperature of 180°C as well as shot velocity of 4m/s. The qualified products were obtained on the basis of the optimized die-casting parameters.
