Abstract: Considering in heat elimination of different oil groove type, simulating accurately heatflux and material parameter through using Fluent UDF function, it is analysed quantificationally how does the lubricant mass flow affecting surface temperature, and when maximum temperature of friction surface is minimum in friction process, cooling lubricant mass flow rate is appropriate mass flow rate. From these analysis, appropriate flow rate is existed in affirmatory oil groove type and load, and different oil groove type has a rather much affect on appropriate lubricant flow rate of multi-disc, radial corner groove need larger flow rate under the condition of adequate heat elimination comparing as double-circle groove.

Abstract: In order to obtain the brake’s performance and related characteristics accurately and completely, a brake inertia dynamometer with the method of mechanical and electric inertia simulation was designed in this paper. By adjusting the output torque of the motor and inertia fly wheels, the equivalent inertia of the motorcycle was simulated on the inertia dynamometer. The relation between simulated inertia and output torque of the motor was presented. Due to the strong interference and high requirement of control accuracy, a PID control algorithm was proposed for the rotational speed contro1. Moreover, Kalman filter was designed to eliminate the random noise and industrial frequency disturbance. The experimental results demonstrated that the inertia dynamometer’s accuracy and efficiency were improved significantly. Moreover, the brake testing platform worked stably and reliably.

Abstract: This Inert gas system (IGS) plays an important role in fire-prevention and anti-explosion for dangerous cargo tanker. Development of an operation simulation system of IGS is useful for technology studying, technician training and cost savings. Based on analysis of IGS working principle and system structure, this paper develops an IGS simulation system, which can be used for simulation studies about IGS operations.

Abstract: The excellent thermal-hydraulic performances of oil cooler are the strong guaranty for automotives’ normal operation. In this study, the thermal-hydraulic performances of compact oil cooler units with different fin size parameters are numerical simulated. According to simulation results, combined with neural networks method, the optimal fin size parameters are determined. Based on this, the effects of different fin arrange layouts on performances are also studied, and optimal layouts for different requirements for flow resistance and heat transfer performances are put forward. This optimal design method can play a guidance role for the designer and manufacturer of heat exchangers.

Abstract: Using of numerical models of particle flow are based on discrete element theory, combining with the indoor infiltration clogging tests in the region of south mountain in Tibet, the whole development process of the infiltration clogging of loose foundation is simulated. The loss volume, fluid velocity,osmotic coefficient, porosity and moving track of particle samples are recorded and traced in the analytical model, which reveals the water-soil interaction throughout the whole process of the infiltration clogging. The results show that clogging often occurs in the upper soil. Particle trajectory is random reveals the certain randomness of formation of pores. Results of simulation are consistent with the indoor test, to some extent, which validate the feasibility of numerical method in infiltration clogging research. These results provide certain useful data for the further study of infiltration clogging, and also provide a new way for interpretation and analysis of penetration clogging phenomenon in micro-scale .

Abstract: This paper studies manufacturing strategic based on the market orientation of strategy. This paper proposes the decisions of manufacturing strategy of companies are based on the managerial cognition of the competitive strategic situation. The respective and interaction effects of the two key factors, the trend and the existing competitive priority, on manufacturing strategic decisions. Empirical research was carry out based on the International Manufacturing Strategy Survey 2005. Research shows that the manufacturing efficiency, manufacturing input and manufacturing service are affected by the two key factors jointly.

Abstract: The relations between production process and energy consumption are made an in-depth application analysis and theory study with theory of systematic energy-saving , technique of intelligence analysis and optimization based on the background of study on energy-saving and reduce energy consumption. Abstract: Through the derivation of waste pyrolysis and combustion dynamics of basic equations, a combustion of waste combustion model of an integrated is put forward. According to this model, By using the determination of activation energy and frequency factor values which has been recognized as, and using of numerical simulation method, We can get the appropriate waste combustion characteristics curves. To compare the waste combustion characteristics curves gained by the comprehensive combustion model numerical calculation using numerical calculation between the waste combustion characteristic curve of the combustion test, the correctness of this waste combustion model is confirmed. Abstract: The wind power is the important complement to fossil fuels usage, bears the advantages of clean, green and renewable. The state has determined to develop the regions locating along the interior coast in Jiangsu province, and the exploitation of wind energy is a key constituent. Wind in these regions has the peculiar properties which affect the wind energy utilization, in the paper the simulation of wind farm in coast region is investigated, one virtual reality system is constructed which involves the representation of sea by level of detail, and representation the hydrogen generation by particle filter. The virtual reality system is able to serve as the platform of wind farm construction, wind energy productivity predication, and the engineering test.

Abstract: In this paper, we calculates the main parameters of a c-class car, choose the friction material, confirm the structural dimensions of pivotal components, acquires the friction power and heat capacity, and design three kinds of wet double clutch arranged radially with hydraulic driving unit, arranged longitudinally with hydraulic driving unit and arranged longitudinally with mechanical driving unit respectively according to the dimensions of interspaces. Finally, the entity modeling of each structure is established through the three-dimensional modeling software.
