Abstract: Based on some radial tire, Yeoh mechanism model and rebar model are used to simulate rubber and cord. Finite element analysis was used to simulate assembly, shrink, inflated pressure and vertical load case, the process of tire-ground under static contact was analyzed. The computing results were compared with experiments. Mises stress, shearing strain and strain energy potential are used to estimate the critical regions of the tire.

Abstract: Kimono sleeves have the very good functional for lack of seams between bodies and sleeves. But its playing board process is more complex especially with the triangle under the armpit. CAD is a new method of playing board and very popular currently in Chinese apparel industries. This paper researchs the playing board process of Kimono sleeves with the triangle under the armpit based on Richforever CAD system for clothing. This will help designers to use better CAD systems and improve the efficiency of playing board. Also this helps related person to know Chinese CAD softwares for clothing and promotes interpersonal exchange.

Abstract: A low-lost, easily-use, non-contact three-coordinate measuring machine was researched and designed by using a laser head of CD-ROM as its detecting element, which could measure the micro-displacement of surface precisely. Researching and taking full advantage of the auto-focusing detecting principle and process circuit of CD-ROM, the machine simulated the action of disk read by using the MCU AT89S52, and read the voltage value of voice coil motor as the Z-coordinate’s value of this point. The system could work in 0.1 μm of the range of 20μm, which might be used to measure the figure of super smooth surface.

Abstract: To solve the limited use of anchor bolt in some special conditions. A kind of long anchor bolt is come up to replace the normal anchor bolt. Through the experiment on this long anchor bolt with anchor bolt drawing dynamometer and anchor cable drawing dynamometer, we know this long anchor bolt have the same percentage elongation with the normal anchor bolt and can improve the quality of supporting. Compared with the normal anchor bolt, it’s higher in tensile strength and percentage elongation, better quality in supporting, shorter in supporting time and safer.

Abstract: Ergonomic design plays an important role in the design of fascia. It has a significant impact on the driving comfort and safety. To make this element in the design of fascia implement effectively, this paper presents a theory based on QFD and TRIZ. Firstly, the ergonomic requirements needed in fascia design are collected and converted into product features using QFD theory. And then the negative correlations which exist between these features are selected and solved basing on the TRIZ theory. Finally a new concept will come into being and reflect in the design.

Abstract: The 2D steady flow mathematical model simulate the navigable flow condition for entrance and connection reach in the upstream and downstream approach channels of Tiangongtang junction corresponding to different quantity of flow, and discuss the flow condition for navigation at entrance area of approach channels. It obtains the flow velocity and flow regime by calculation, and put forward some measures for improving navigation flow conditions.

Abstract: This paper analysis the mechanism of axial ultrasonic-assisted grinding(AUAG), by establishing the kinematics model of a single grit; The reason why AUAG forces are more lower than conventional grinding(CG) forces is presented, and the experiments of the grinding force in AUAG comparison with CG were carried out. The results indicate that the grinding force of the superalloy in AUAG is about 40% to 50% less than that in CG.

Abstract: Considering the influence of the cutter head plane on manufacturing of spiral bevel gear, the method of 3D model for spiral bevel gear is built based on Program Pro/E. The relationship between the geometric parameters (such as addendum circle, dedendum circle and base circle) and the basic parameters (such as modulus and the number of teeth) of spiral bevel gear is established by using the inner program. The parametric solid model of spiral bevel gear can be obtained automatically by rotation, sweep, blend, and pattern after inputting the basic parameters. This method is significant to improve the accuracy of design and manufacturing of spiral bevel gear.

Abstract: In this paper finite-time stabilization for singular linear time-delay systems with time-varying exogenous disturbances is defined. By combining Lyapunov approach and matrix inequality technique, a sufficient condition of the finite-time stabilization for this kind of systems is presented by a set of feasible problems involving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) with nonlinear constraints. In addition, the nonlinear feasible problems are solved by an so-called cone complementary linearization (CCL) algorithm. The effectiveness of the approach proposed in this paper is presented by a numerical example.
