Abstract: In order to solve the control problem under the environment with random disturbancel by means of the existing industrial PID controlling module, the multiple integrator control method based on feature data of the controlled object is proposed. This method is an extension of common PID control; it identifies the feature data of the controlled object with the inputting and outputting data firstly, then it deletes the differential control of common PID and extends the integrators in series or parallel connection to cancel the magnification of high-frequency random signal. With the feature data and reference control output, it calculates the controller’s parameters to improve the performance of control system. Simulation shows its feasibility and effectiveness.

Abstract: RFID can be used to automate and thus streamline identification processes, which means that more checkpoints along the supply chain can be established at decreased costs. Additionally, the technology can provide further benefits which make it superior to the currently widespread automatic identification (Auto-ID) technology of the barcode. However, there are still some security issues in the current RFID technology, which has initially been developed decades ago. In this paper, one RFID protocol for supply chain management RFID protocols has been proposed, and will greatly solve the security issues of the Auto-ID process.

Abstract: A portable comprehensive test system of aircraft wire based on DSP is presented in this paper. The hardware system consists of electrical parameter measurement circuits, transmitter circuits, signal acquisition circuits and so on. Measurements of electrical parameters and fault location through Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) are two basic functions for the system. In addition, the special resistance of the wire can also be gotten on TDR. In daily maintenance, comprehensive performance test and portable characteristics have greatly facilitated the maintenance division.

Abstract: Considering the effects of structural sizes of a parabolic flexible joint on its performance, compliance, sensitivity and accuracy analysis are performed in this paper. The closed-form equations are formulated for compliances to characterize both the active rotation and all other in- and out-of-plane parasitic motions, and accuracy equations are also obtained by using the Castigliano’s second theorem. According to the closed-form compliance equations, the effects of the structural parameters, such as thickness, notch depth, length and width, on the compliance of flexible joint are analyzed, respectively. In order to explore the effects of variations of the structural parameters on its compliance, the sensitivity analysis is carried out. And the accuracy analysis of the parabolic flexure joint is performed. The analysis results have shown that the parameters have large influence on in-plane compliance, and have small effects on out-of-plane one. And changes of compliance are larger within initial small range of parameters, while it has small variation in larger size range. And the length of joint has no effect of sensitivity

Abstract: In order to reflect the initiative, autonomous and coordinative characteristics of the member behaviors in supply chain coordination simulation, an integrated process simulation model was formulated centered on the member agent behavior firstly. Then, the member agent behavior model was emphatically studied, and hierarchical colored Petri-nets were used to describe the agent behavior process and coordinative behavior process. Finally, a supply chain coordination simulation platform was developed based on these models, and the member behavior-oriented modeling and simulation functions were realized. Member behavior-oriented coordination simulation provides a quantitative and dynamic method to analyze the supply chain coordination mechanism

Abstract: This paper analyzes the cause of stray current of subway tracks, classifies the stray current, and explains the hazards. Based on this, the paper also summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional monitoring technologies and current monitoring technologies, and applies the current CIPS detection technology to make simulation in the laboratory. The simulation result well reflects the distribution of stray current on the rail.

Abstract: Firstly the optimum mathematical model of single steering trapezoid mechanism of vehicle was established gradually through selection of variables, setting constraints, determination of objective function. And then the optimum calculation is carried out with MATLAB programming in the case of EQ1092, and the problem occurring in actual operation that the optimum results changed with initial points was solved. In the end the further optimum research direction of this mechanism was intuitively pointed out through visualization and sensitivity analysis of results.

Abstract: Aiming at building simulation system with great extensibility, a HLA-based distributed simulation system of TT&C (Tracking, Telemetering & Commanding) System of space survey vessel was designed and implemented which suited the special requirements of space survey vessel. The system was composed of USB simulator, UCB simulator, pulse radar simulator and data process center simulator and so on. Based on the simulation system, the main function and key technology were introduced and a prototype was built to verify the system.

Abstract: In the view of the disadvantages brought by DMC(digital magnetic compass) and gyro when they are used separately, a combined directional instrument composed by a 3-axes digital magnetic compass and a 3-axes MEMS gyro for vehicles is introduced, which is less influenced to the magnetic field interference and random drift. In the abnormal magnetic field, the MEMS gyro is used for correcting the heading angle of DMC. The experiment data shows that this instrument can output a stable and high-precision heading angle. It can be used to provide heading angle for vehicles.
