Abstract: In studying Multidisciplinary Object Compatibility Design Optimization method for non-hierarchic system, Simulated Annealing algorithm is introduced to establish system level model , and the basic ideas and working principle is given. In the optimization of system level, the coupling relationship between different subsystems is improved by state accepting function which is embedded in constraint. In this way, abnormal program termination and premature convergence will be avoided and ideal global optimal solution will be achieved effectually. Then the method is proved by used in the optimization design of pendulous micromechanical accelerometer

Abstract: Comprehensive considering wet friction influence factors, such as material parameter, geometry, lubricate condition of friction, The MM1000 friction thermal model has been built through the software, Abaqus. Under the iSIGHT environment, outstanding influencing factors of wet friction thermal field has been researched through integrating Abaqus, the result showed that outstanding influencing factors of thermal field include thermal capacity of friction material, thermal capacity of pair material, heat conductivity of pair material. Convection heat transfer coefficient, friction coefficient, thickness of friction layer have lesser affection on thermal field in short time

Abstract: Taking the evaluation of the impact of access rates on urban transport structure as the study object, the impact of access rates on various modes of transportation was analyzed using the gray correlation which was a new evaluation method. The feasibility of adopting the traffic congestion pricing policy and the change of transport structure in Nanhai district of Foshan city were analyzed as a real case study. The results indicate that the implement of congestion pricing in Nanhai District of Foshan City, had little effect on the amount of car travel, but the improvement of the city's traffic structure is not obvious. Finally, some valuable suggestions on the optimization of traffic structure of Nanhai District of Foshan City were proposed.

Abstract: A new cooling concept for high power LED street lamp by combining the heat release of high power LED with two-phase heat transfer heat pipes was proposed, and in this paper we study the effect of heat pipe numbers, fins structure and ambient temperature on the performance of heat dissipation of HP heat exchanger. Through experimental results, we found the heat pipes number plays a more importent role on the performance of heat dissipation than the fins material and the final surface temperature will increase with the environmental temperature.

Abstract: The system of collaboration between design and manufacturing is proposed in order to meet the precision forging manufacturing. The configuration of the system and functions are studied and analyzed in detail. The system integration mode based on PDM (Product Data Management) is put forward. Application systems around the process of collaboration between design and manufacturing can be integrated seamlessly by integration mode. And two key enable technologies are analyzed in detail. Model association method based on WAVE technology is used to implement design of precision forged die. The work model and data structure based on the collaboration system is studied. Finally, an application engineering system is developed and a case study is given to demonstrate the above ideas in the environment of aero-engine manufacturing enterprise.

Capable of delaying the occurrence of reflection cracks, the asphalt mixture is mainly composed of aggregate passing through a 9.5 mm sieve, machine-made or natural sand, and modified asphalt binder.

Abstract: The meshing generating spur bevel gear is presented by the method for precise modeling of gear in software Catia. Then by the excellent data exchange interface between Catia and ANSYS, the model can be transferred into ANSYS and bending stress of the gear tooth is calculated with finite element method ( FEM),which proposed design theory basis of generating spur bevel gear.

Abstract: “housing” is the fundamental need for life, and more than 2/3 of the human life is spent in house or other relevant living space. The life that we spent in the house derives various human affections. House, as a solid expression for the unit of families, carries people’s common and realistic demands for comfort and ecological living environment. Being the theme part of the interior design, the inner surface decoration is also the major place for connecting the other facilities. The inner surface design may have more possibilities to bring the ecology ideas to interior design, fulfill the intension and hasten the interior design to a higher wave, and surely it would accelerate the conservation of constructions from source consuming to recycling.

Abstract: The loss of high power LED is analyzed and calculated. It is pointed out that high power LED driving circuit is required to be designed in detail instead of using BCD to 7-segment decoder. An example with 5 inch LED is presented. Some decoder circuits are designed and compared showing that the MC1413 is the optimal one. Example circuits are designed. The experiment results are in positive to the analysis results showing the feasibility of the proposed methods.

Abstract: This paper introduced the composition and classification of tree models firstly, discussed the problem that branches and leaves with varying shapes could be simulated by regulating their parameters. Then, we researched how to use Iterated Function System (IFS) and billboard to simulate branches and leaves. Finally, by using this method, we simulate two types of three-dimensional trees, and applied them to virtual campus. The results showed that, three-dimensional trees simulated by this method have advantage of high reality, diversity and real time.
