Research on Ergonomic Design of Fascia Based on QFD and TRIZ Theory

Article Preview

Abstract:

Ergonomic design plays an important role in the design of fascia. It has a significant impact on the driving comfort and safety. To make this element in the design of fascia implement effectively, this paper presents a theory based on QFD and TRIZ. Firstly, the ergonomic requirements needed in fascia design are collected and converted into product features using QFD theory. And then the negative correlations which exist between these features are selected and solved basing on the TRIZ theory. Finally a new concept will come into being and reflect in the design.
