Abstract: Aiming at the problem that traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to get ideal control effect, a PID control algorithm based on improved BP neural network is proposed to improve the performance of turntable system. According to the structure and characteristic of BP neural network, the construction of PID controller and the description of improved BP neural network algorithm are introduced at first. Then, on the basis of the least square method and neural network prediction model of controlled object, the weight adjustment algorithm of PID is improved by replacing the measured values of BP network with calculated forecast output. A mathematical model of turntable control system is established and simulated. Simulation results show that the improved BP neural network PID controller has good control performance, high tracking accuracy and strong system robustness, which can be better applied to turntable system.

Abstract: In order to increase the regenerative braking energy recovery and the dynamic performance of vehicle start and acceleration in the stage of brake, the hydraulic braking energy recovery system was used with the storage battery braking energy recovery system after comparing kinds of regenerative braking recovery plan and energy storage method. The system was used to do simulation and analysis in vehicle dynamic performance and energy recovery efficiency under the PID control and ECE-15 cycle. The system simulation and analysis results show that using hydraulic regenerative braking system in pure electric vehicle can significantly improve the ability of vehicle’s start-acceleration and the increase in vehicle driving range of around 28%.

Abstract: The aim of assembly sequence planning (ASP) is to achieve the best assembly sequence which assembly cost and time used is less. The geometrical feasibility of an assembly sequence is validated by the interference matrix of the product. The number of assembly tool changes and the number of assembly operation type changes are considered in the fitness function. To establish the mapping relation between ASP and particle swarm optimization (PSO) approach, some definitions of position, velocity and operator of particles are proposed. The difference of the proposed discrete PSO (DPSO) algorithm with the other algorithm is the emphasis on the geometrical feasibility of the assembly sequence. The geometrical feasibility is verified at the first and the every iteration. The performance and feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified via a simplified engine assembly case.

Abstract: An audio signal acquisition and analysis system with low-cost and high performance was developed, taking LabVIEW as the software development platform and the computer sound card as hardware platform. This system is capable of audio signal acquisition, real time dynamic display, analysis processing, storage and display of audio signal. Practical application shows that this system not only has those advantages such as high-precision, stability, reliable performance and being easy-operated, but also can achieve common data-acquisition within the designed frequency range of the sound card. The signal acquisition technology based on the sound card, especially the technology combining with virtual instruments has broad prospects in the field of engineering test measurement and teaching practice.

Abstract: The article analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies in the electromagnetic induction heating method in the production process of the current plastics machinery. Furthermore a solution is proposed to adopt rotational scanning heating via improving the power of the current heating controllers. Meanwhile, a systematic engineering approach is put forward, which is proved to be stable and reliable through industrial field trial.

Abstract: Because of the complicated structure of rollers, it is very difficult to diagnosis aero-engine vibration fault. Harmonic wavelet method is proposed target towards whole-body vibration of aero-engine in this paper. To implement vibration fault diagnosis of Aero-engine, vibration signals are presented with time-frequency and spectrum of coefficients after harmonic wavelet transform. The designed method overcome noise disturbance and energy leakage and possesses better performance for aero-engine vibration analysis compared with traditional wavelet analysis method. With the vibration data from whole-body vibration experiment, the effectiveness of the designed method is illustrated and it could identify three classical vibration faulty modes accurately, which provides a better method for whole-body vibration fault diagnosis of Aero-engine.

Application of Extendable Optimal Degree Method in Evaluation of the Gun Maintenance Process Quality
Abstract: The gun maintenance quality includes the maintenance process quality and the quality after maintenance, which is determined and guaranteed by the maintenance process. Based on the situation, the gun maintenance process was divided into six key maintenance working procedures, cleaning, inspection, disassembly, repair, assembly, adjustment and correction. From the perspective of 5M1E, the evaluation index system of the gun maintenance process quality was proposed. Then, the evaluation model of the gun maintenance process quality was established based on extendable optimal degree method. Finally, an example was given.

Abstract: Drag suction hopper dredger is dredg the hard compacted soil, dreghead teeth intensity will lead to an undersized cutting depth and a large cutting resistance, it raise failure probability. In this paper, investigate the relation between dredging depth, width, resistance and draghead teeth reliability influenced under different conditions, including various teeth, loads, navigating speeds and high-pressure jets.Discussed their effects on cutting depth, width and resistance. At last this paper obtain the reliability index and failure probability of the draghead teeth through the calculation numerical example. In this example, the method improvements efficiency for Draghead Teeth based on analysis on reliability.

Abstract: Based on the tasks of automatic MIG welding machine, in this paper, a SCM control system of welding machine is presented and its anti-interference design is carried out. Some hardware measures are used to resist interference, including power supply anti-interference, channel anti-interference, space anti-interference, selection of components, circuit layout and hardware "watchdog". Redundant instruction, software "trap", software "watchdog" and other software anti-interference measures are also adopted. NB-500IGBT inverter welding machine is used for welding test and the results show that the above mentioned hardware and software anti-interference measures are effective to solve the interference for control system of automatic MIG welding machine.
