Abstract: Comparing with the traditional phase meter, the design of digital phase meter with GPIB interface based on FPGA have some advantages, such as the high date transmission rate, the simple circuit, short design cycle and the lower price. The principle of this design meets with the standard of IEEE488.2 and use Verilog HDL language to design every interface. Then compile simulate it in Quartus II. Finally download it to the FPGA experiment board to realize every function. It makes the date transmission more stable and reliable through the design of GPIB interface

Abstract: To avoid the explosion of thermal pipeline and control the flow, pressure and temperature of thermal pipeline, the wireless sensor network (WSN) nodes should be designed and arranged. A new information monitoring system is developed baded on ZigBee. Based on MPLAB® ICD 2, with three sensors, using low-power PIC18F4620 controller chip and CC2420 processor integrated ZigBee technology, the WSN nodes were designed. The data collected by sensors can be sent to management center by wireless network. Manager can control the thermal flow consulting by the message from sensors and find out thermal pipeline danger in time. The system realizes real-time monitoring on the thermal pipeline. The test result showes that the perfomance of the system is stable and can reach the design requirements.

Abstract: In order to solve unfixed size and individual difference with the breast tumor, this paper provides a method of Multi-Support Vector Machine (MSVM) for breast tumor recognition. We take Support Vector Machine (SVM) on the eight direction of bump area to generate vector classifier and select Gauss kernel function as kernel function. The breast tumor recognition accuracy can reach 97.3% when σ=30. The experiment shows that the application of MSVM in breast tumor recognition can achieve good result, and provide the reliable basis for further medical diagnosis.

Abstract: The shortage of oil resources and aggravation of environmental pollution drive the whole world look for new alternative fuel for vehicles. By virtue of the renewability and burning cleanability, ethanol has become one of the research priorities for alternative fuel for vehicles at home and abroad. Based on the GT-Power software, a model of the internal combustion engine was established, the working process of the engine using ethanol gasoline as the fuel was simulated, and the experiment platform was established to verify the validity of the simulation model.

So, combined with the actual production need, the research for garment cutting process planning begins from task list to cutting plan, at last distributes the cutting task. It aims at improving the garment cutting process efficiency and reducing the production of the costs and optimize management. Abstract: An effective hybrid Simulated Annealing Algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm is proposed to apply to reservoir operation. Compared with other optimal methods, it is proved that SA-GA algorithm is a quite effective optimization method to solve reservoir operation problem. The simulated annealing algorithm is introduced to Genetic Algorithm, which is feasibility and validity. As a result of stronger ability of global search and better convergence property of SA-GA, and compared with other algorithms, the approximate global optimal solution would be obtained in little time. The operation speed is more quickness and the results are more stabilization by SA-GA, than Genetic Algorithm and the traditional Dynamic Programming and POA.

Abstract: Server refers to computer software that manages resources and offers services to users. It is usually divided into a file server, database server and application program server. Server virtualization is an important trend of the server development. This paper makes relevant research on such aspects as the followings: the server virtualization technology; the characteristics of the server virtualization; and the difficult points of functional upgrading of the server virtualization and that optimization of the server performance is the fundamental aspect of upgrading. It hopes to play a promotion role for knowing the server virtualization in a better way.

Abstract: According to the characteristic of the snow-melting agent spreading truck that the spreading measurement is maintaining unchanged when it's in the operation process. We designed the rotate speed system controlled by the method of electro-hydraulic proportional control. With the nonlinearity and time-varying of the controlled system, we applied the method of Fuzzy-PID control to conduct the study of electro-hydraulic proportional speed system. By the simulation of MATLAB/SIMULINK, the results shows the dynamic property of the system gets obviously improved with using the Fuzzy-PID controller and verifies the effectiveness and practical applicability of this design.

Abstract: In general, flange is fixedly connected with tubular parts or cylindrical parts through manual welding. For high labor intensity, low efficiency and poor welding quality of manual welding, a special automatic welding machine for adaptor flange of tubular parts or cylindrical parts is developed. It mainly consists of machine frame, rotary worktable, swing arm, sliding shelf, wire feeder, drive unit, control cabinet and welding torch. The welding machine has two rotary worktables controlled by PLC. With the advantages of simple structure, low production cost, high welding speed, good welding quality and low labor intensity, it is particularly suitable for small and medium sized enterprises
