Abstract: For some disabled people can’t use hand to control the mouse, this paper designs a novel head-controlled mouse. Using accelerometers and gyroscopes as the sensitive element of the system measure the head rotation angle. The mouse is controlled as for the relationship between the head rotation angle and the mouse move distance. For mouse click operation, this article designed a software to achieve. Considering the MEMS sensor noise affect the mouse control accuracy, using the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) to fusion the data of accelerometers and gyroscopes to obtain the optimal angle estimation. Compared with only using an accelerometer or gyroscope sensor, the method proposed in this paper for angle measurement can have high accuracy and stability, thereby improving the mouse control precision and maneuverability.

Abstract: Due to its unique advantages in the construction, operation, maintenance and management and other aspects, the digital information substation has achieved rapid development in China in recent years, and many areas are conducting the pilot actively. According to the design features of the Baiyangdian 220kV digital information substation in Baoding City of Hebei Province in China, this paper analyzes some key technologies in the engineering design and implementation. The digital substation is mainly hierarchically constructed by the optoelectronic transformer, the intelligent primary devices and the network secondary devices on the basis of IEC61850 communication protocol, and it is the modern substation that can achieve information sharing and interoperability between the devices. Finally, the paper proposes solutions to the information security issue of the digital information substation.

Abstract: This paper presents adaptive control architecture for the safe flight of a transport aircraft under adverse operating conditions and uncertainties. This architecture combines a nominal controller based on an LQR with integral action, and an adaptive controller that accommodates for actuator saturation and disturbances. In this paper, we consider the control of the C-5 transport aircraft, which is similar to the Generic Transport Model. We delineate the underlying nonlinear dynamic model and introduce various upsets, damages, and failures by representing these various adverse conditions in the form of uncertainties.

Abstract: This paper presents the orthogonal direction vanishing points detection algorithm for scene image. It use the Hough transform to detect straight lines in the image, then it based on RANSAC robust framework to calculate the initial value, the end use of Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm for nonlinear optimization iteration to strike the final vanishing point. The experiments result shows that the algorithm can not only quickly detect scene orthogonal direction vanishing points, but also high-precision and that respected this method suitable for use in a scene with large buildings or hyperopia scene.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a multilevel feature points extracting and displaying method for point-based models to improve the fast detecting of the multilevel feature of large-scale models. Our algorithm is built upon a non uniform partitioning feature point-octree data structure. We adopt covariance analysis method to estimate the surface variation, and feature parameter in local surfaces to describe the feature. The bigger the feature parameter is, the greater likelihood the point becomes a feature point. During the process of building point-octree, feature parameter is related to each LOD node. When displaying, we combin this feature point-octree with an improved particle swarm optimizer (PSO) algorithm to implement multilevel feature fast displaying according to viewpoint and feature level.

Abstract: In this paper, a new method for the optimization design of ant colony algorithm is used to extract the edge character of the model in the air of the image. The organization is as follows: the second part is a basic ant colony algorithm in the edge of the model feature extraction. The result of the advisory council on AIDS will be compared with the results analysis, and think this is smart operator most edge feature extraction operator. Contrast indicates that the algorithm can effectively edge feature extraction, especially the image.

Abstract: A novel method of bearing fault diagnosis based on demodulation technique of dual-tree complex wavelet transform (DTCWT) is proposed. It is demonstrated that the proposed dual-tree complex wavelet transform has better shift invariance, reduced frequency aliasing effect and de-noising ability. The bearing fault vibration signal is firstly decomposed and reconstructed using dual-tree complex wavelet transform. Then the real and imaginary parts are obtained and the vibration signal is amplitude demodulated. In the end, the amplitude envelope and wavelet envelope spectrum are computed. Therefore, the character of the bearing fault can be recognized according to the wavelet envelope spectrum. The experimental results show that dual-tree complex wavelet transform can effectively reduce spectral aliasing and fault diagnosis based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform can effectively diagnose bearing inner and outer race fault under strong background noise condition.

Abstract: With the development of virtual maintenance technology, it is achievable to analyze the characters and elements on visibility during maintainability design before equipment manufacturing. After relating maintenance in virtual maintenance environment, a referable visibility design method could be carried out and corresponding suggestion on maintainability design will be given, and detailed information will be illustrated with a disassemble process issue.

Abstract: Reconstructing geometry models from scattered data is an important task in reverse engineering. An adaptive subdivision surface reconstruction method was proposed to construct complex models rapidly. This method includes several steps: triangulation on scattered data; mesh segmentation and simplification; computing the subdivision depth according to the specified error. The last step is computing mesh control net by fitting subdivision functions and construct subdivision surface adaptively. In order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, we implemented the reconstruction algorithm on GPU in parallel way and tested the program on several large scale data sets. Our adaptive subdivision method can save storage space and gain high efficiency simultaneously.
