Abstract: The technology for curing rapture and strain monitoring of coal mine shaft in special stratum is discussed in this paper. The mine shaft lining in the deep and thick overburden is put a vertical additional, which is caused by the draining consolidation settlement of bottom aquifer. When the force together with others forces is more than the ultimate strength of concrete lining, the shaft lining will be lead to fracture. In order to treat the broken shaft lining, the integrated management method of dense shaft circles, the grouting, and loop relieving-pressure grooves was taken. The monitoring information of the remote shaft lining strain automatic monitoring system can be used to predict and evaluate the safety state of the shaft lining. The suggested mechanism and technology are able to prevent and cure shaft lining rapture in other similar mine. The treatment attained to the ideal effect and the method has an important reference value for the prevention and curing of shaft lining rupture in the same strata.

Abstract: Gold nanoparticles were synthesized via a bolaform amphiphile with hydrophilic ethyleneamine spacer at a liquid-liquid interface. By stirring the aqueous solution containing AuCl4- ions with the chloroform solution of bolaform amphiphile, AuCl4- ions were transferred into the oil phase and reduced to gold nanoparticles. UV-vis and FT-IR spectral measurements indicated that the bolaform amphiphile could serve as both capping and reducing agents. Crystalline gold nanoparticles were predominantly obtained if the bolaform amphiphile solutions with appropriate concentrations were applied. The generated gold nanoparticles were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy and atomic force spectroscopy (AFM). It is predicted that gold and other novel metal nanostructures may be produced by bolaform amphiphiles whose properties can be well-controlled by designing different headgroups, spacers or substituted groups.

Abstract: Six new poly(aryl ether sulfone)s were synthesized from 1,5-, 2,6- and 2,7- Bis-(4-fluorosulfonyl)naphthalene isomers with different diphenol. The structure of the poly(aryl ether sulfone)s were characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and the results were in good agreement with the expected structures. The glass transition temperatures were found to be in the range 219-236oC by DSC thermal analysis. The WAXD and thermogravimetric analyses revealed amorphous morphology and excellent thermal stability of the polymers.

Abstract: The ion-exchanger Al1.75Fe1.25(PO4)3 of spinel type was prepared by means of the solid state reaction crystallization method. Its ion-exchange properties for alkali ions such as saturation capacity of exchange and distribution coefficient were determined. Al1.75Fe1.25(PO4)3 was characterized by virtue of X-ray diffraction method. This inorganic ion-exchanger (Al1.75Fe1.25(PO4)3) has the saturation capacity of exchange for Li+ higher than those for other alkali ions, the saturation capacity of exchange for Li+ reaches to 7.1mmol/g, AlFe-720(H) has a higher selectivity of ion exchange for Li+ than for other alkali ions. These result show AlFe-720 (H) has better memory and selectivity of ion exchange, and higher capacity of ion exchange for Li+. It is a kind of prospective ionic sieve for Li+.

Abstract: Adopted the coupling method and considered the elastic deformation,the paper did the numerical calculation for a water lubrication rubber bearing used horizontal installation. And by means of the finite element analysis software, the nonlinear contact was studied. The results of water film pressure, water film thickness, carrying capacity and deformation of rubber bush are analysed, and draw some useful conclusions. The results provide design basis and reference information for the dynamic calculation to rubber bearing.

Abstract: The compositions of food waste were complex, and the content of organic matter was high, so food waste was suitable for being disposed with aerobic composting manner. Degradation time, strains inoculation quantity, waste moisture content and temperature of degradation were the main factors of affecting the food waste treatment effect and through the regulation of these factors can change the organic matter degradation ratio of biological degradation. Make use of existing food waste processing equipment to dispose food waste, the inoculation amount of food waste was in accordance with the ratio that auxiliary material (including bacteria strains): food waste =4:3, meanwhile, the degradation temperature was adjusted to 40°C, and the moisture content was changed to 40%. After 7 days, the output materials of food waste degradation would be used in the cultivation of vegetables as organic fertilizer.

Abstract: Considering geometric linearity and nonlinearity deformation form, the MSE and damping coefficient of the laminated composite cantilever plate were obtained with the elasticity theory based on the modal strain energy (MSE) method. The validity of the theory compute program was validated by the FEM program with the all layers 0° layup case. The longitudinal MSE of the plate at various lengths were investigated under the deformation form above. The damping coefficient of the laminated composite cantilever plate at various fiber orientations. The results are significant for sample fabricate of the laminated composite damping experiment.

Abstract: An unsymmetrical diarylethene derivative bearing both phenyl and benzofuranyl, in which a trifluoromethyl group was substituted at the para-positions of the terminal phenyl ring, was synthesized. At the same time, its photochromic properties and fluorescence switch were investigated in detail. The results showed that this compound exhibited reversible photochromism, undergoing reversible cyclization and cycloreversion reactions upon alternating irradiation with UV and visible light both in solution and in PMMA film, and its absorption maxima were observed at 498 nm in hexane and at 505 nm in PMMA amorphous film, respectively, upon irradiation with 297 nm UV light. In hexane solution, the open-ring isomer of the diarylethene 1 exhibited relatively strong fluorescence at 419 nm when excited at 330 nm

Abstract: The color difference is one of the important evaluation index in ceramic tiles quality evaluation. So a good color difference evaluation index selecting has a great influence to the ceramic tile’s quality testing. In this paper, by computing and analyzing different color difference evaluation index, it is shown that CIE2000 formula is robust and feasible in ceramic tiles quality evaluation.
