Abstract: A new photochromic diarylethene compound, 1-(2,4-dimethoxy-5-pyrimidine)-2-[2-methyl-5-(3-pyridine)-3-thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene(1a), was synthesized, and its photochromic reactivity, fluorescent and electrochemical property were also investigated. Diarylethene 1a changed the color from colorless to pink upon irradiation with UV light, in which absorption maxima were observed at 520 and 519 nm in hexane and PMMA film, respectively. The the photochromic reaction kinetics indicated that the cyclization processes of 1 belong to the zeroth order reaction and the cycloreversion process belong to the first order reaction. This new photochromic system also exhibited remarkable fluorescence switching in hexane solution and this new photochromic system also exhibited remarkable optical storage character.

Abstract: This article describes the street lamp of the daily life ,which brings the long lines of the low voltage transmission and the high cost of the construction and so on. In view of these problems, the Wind-light Complementary Street Lamp is designed. According to the complementary street lamp system’s composition and working principle, and the analysis of wind power, solar energy power generation and the control strategy of battery charging, thus chooses the Single-chip microcomputer as the controller of it, as to fulfills the efficient and reasonable power generation goal.

Abstract: A vibroacoustic testing model in laboratory for the damped eigenfrequencies and eigenmodes is introduced in this paper. The unsymmetric (u, p) variational formulas are implemented for three dimensional structures based on the elastodynamic displacement field u and the fluid acoustic pressure field p. The damping coefficients of materials seem to have no obvious effect on the coupled numerical model. Then the damped eigenfrequencies can alternately be obtained by vibration signal analysis method. The Fast Fourier Transform for the spectrum domain analysis illustrates an effective means to evaluate the damped eigenfrequencies.

Abstract: By the method of orthogonal experiment, with different sputtering power, sputtering pressure, sputtering time and substrate bias, 9 NiCr-NiSi thin-film thermocouples with different properties were prepared on the rake face of different cutting tools. With WS-2005 coating adhesion automatic scratch tester, the adhesion between the thin-film and the cutting tools were tested, and the test results was analyzed by range analysis. Analysis results show that, among four sputtering factors, substrate bias is the most important factor which influenced the thin-film adhesion. In a certain range, increasing the substrate negative bias voltage value can enhance the adhesion of thin-film. Subsequently, the range analysis result was verified by test. The best set of parameters was selected among all of the orthogonal test results, with other parameters unchanged except substrate negative bias, which was increased to -110V.And that, the adhesion value of NiCr and NiSi film was increased by 3.2N and 1.5N around individually.

Abstract: The rubber- fly ash modified asphalt mixture formula was made by comprehensive laboratory test. The mixture graduation was determined with improved Superpave design method. The new material had good performance through laboratory test. The overlay of old concrete pavement was analyzed by establishing finite element model. The layer-layers could set stress absorbing layers or not; Stress absorbing layer had a absorption effect on stress in cracks and inhibiting effect on crack expanding. The results show that: the stress-absorbing layer of new materials can significantly reduce the stress concentration in cracks, effectively prevent the development of reflection crack and has excellent crack resistance. Meanwhile the adaptability of new materials used as stress absorbed layer is verified

Abstract: We built a monitor and warn system based on Multi - sensor network, which could monitor data in real time. In order to imitate scene of the monitor areas, we have built a sand table model according to topographic feature, it changed the traditional monitor methods. In this system, we not only designed the hardware, but also investigated the relationship between the sensor nodes distribution and areal geology. The designing methods and ideal of this system also could apply to environmental monitoring and forest fire prevention system.

Abstract: This paper examines the influence of different microstructure on the mechanical properties and fatigue crack growth behavior of TC4-DT alloy at room temperature. Different heat treatments were carried out in order to produce the microstructure of bimodal and lamellar conditions. Results show that, the tensile properties and fracture toughness of bimodal and lamellar microstructure was varied by different heat-treatment. In contrast on bimodal microstructure, the lamellar microstructure presents high fracture toughness and low fatigue crack growth rate, but the yield stress and ductility declines. The analysis results indicted that the lamellar microstructure obtained by air cooling from the phase field showed the integrated condition of tensile properties and fracture toughness duo to the fine secondary lamella, and the better fatigue crack growth behavior.

Abstract: Both the catalytic property of the pore walls and the catalytic property of the top surface of AAO templates were closely investigated by pyrolizing acetylene at 650°C for 5min and 1h respectively. The conclusion that the top surface of the AAO template with smaller diameters has a stronger catalytic property was drawn. And the effects of the reaction time, the reaction gas flow rate and the location where the AAO template was placed on the properties of AAO templates were discussed. Furthermore, this paper proposed that in the competitive between catalyzes of AAO templates and the transition metal catalysts, the transition metal catalysts will play a dominant role in the formation of CNTs by adjusting the quantity of the transition metal catalysts embedded in AAO templates

Abstract: Four kinds of casting process were designed for the rear wearing plate of 65ZGB slurry pump in this paper. The casting process design principle, process parameters, points of attention, and the simulation parameters for the kind of high chromium cast iron casting were introduced. Huazhu CAE was used to optimize the casting process and the best casting process was selected. Practical production also showed that the casting process can reduce shrinkage defects of the casting.

Abstract: The active site of chitosan is protected basing on amino reaction method of reaction between benzaldehyde and chitosan to form Schiff. The O-carboxymethyl chitosan is obtained by the method that taking chloroactic acid to hydroxyl of chitosan as modifier in alkaline conditions to form amino protection and then remove the protection in acid conditions. The O-carboxymethyl chitosan particles with particle size distribution of 15-50μm is prepared by emulsification cross- linking method.
