Research of Implementation Method for Ramp Simulation of Rail Vehicle

Abstract:

Track irregularity is the main disturbance of vibration of wheel-rail system. Combined with the structure of the ramp simulator and the feature of longitudinal ramp, this paper completed the simulation of vehicle longitudinal ramp, and constructed he model of coordinative relations for the slope simulation. Based on the method space transformation of homogeneous coordinate and the expression of space vector of the 21 actuators, three models of inverse displacement analysis of the 6-Dof simulation platform were built. It also implemented the real-time solution by means of simulink, which provided parameters reference for the control of 6-Dof loading platform, and was of important theoretical value and realistic significance.
