Running effects were in excellent condition after a few years of use. The design method of liquefied petroleum gas tanks was introduced in this paper had a guiding role on liquefied petroleum gas tank.

Abstract: With high pressure high temperature (HPHT) oil & gas wells increasing, oil country tubular goods (OCTG) service environment tends to be critical complex. In these critical oil & gas wells, when burst failures of high strength service grades for downhole applications once take place, the H2S gas may be run freely between tubing and intermediate casing, intermediate casing and surface casing, even the sulfur-containing gases spring ground, the harm is self-evident. Therefore, an accurate prediction of the burst strength, which is defined as the maximum value of internal pressure required to cause the steel casing to fail, is a very important consideration in the casing design process. The burst model has been provided in ISO/TR10400:2007, but almost half of the predictionts exceed the test burst strength. So this paper develops a new model that incorporates the influence of yield-to-tensile strength ratio on burst failure of casing and tubing without defects.

Abstract: The bending fatigue reliability test of marine outboard engine crankshaft is the most important and most intuitive way of evaluating the strength and reliability of crankshaft. This paper, through the analysis of the methods of mechanical vibration and electric resonance, gets the working principles and characteristics of these two kinds of test methods. In addition, it plays a positive role in the theoretical study of the crankshaft reliability test methods and in the improvements of their products’ reliability level.

Abstract: In this paper, a flat back-light in which has no electrodes was developed. This back-light was fabricated by two flat glasses in which the pure Xe (at pressure of 150 Torr) was sealed, with a layer of commercial water on the out surfaces of the glasses as the external electrodes, where the glass with thickness of 1.2 mm was used as the dielectric barrier. The white light was available by exciting the phosphor layer with the plasmas introduced by high-frequency voltage, whose luminance was 4000 cd/m2, accompanied with the lighting homogeneity over than 92 %. The effects of driving voltage and the discharge space in the samples on the lighting characteristics of the back-light were comprehensively evaluated.

Abstract: A new dispersive solid phase extraction (DSPE) method coupled with GC detection was established for determination of permethrin residue in cole. The proposed DSPE method was carried out using acetonitrile as the extraction solvent, and neutral alumina oxide as dispersive adsorbent. The factors that affected DSPE efficiency were validated in terms of extraction solvent, extraction time, and dispersive adsorbent kinds and interaction time. The developed method could give satisfactory recovery (91.2–107.4%) with RSD≤4.9%. Good linearity was observed in the range of 0.005-1.19 mg/g with the correlation coefficients (r2) of 0.9992. The detection limits for permethrin was of 0.43 μg/g. The method had been successfully applied to the analysis of permethrin esidues in cole samples.

Abstract: Paper introduces a high-frequency electromagnetic induction coupling principle to achieve contactless power transfer system, and analyzes the role of the coupled inductor coil in the system. By studying a variety of coupled inductor coil winding mode coupling theory, comparing the receiver coil movable range and the coil geometry size, this paper analyzes the pros and cons of the various coil mode in certain applications and sums up the general law the winding-coupled inductors to be considered and followed.

Abstract: Contrary to the problem that the process of rainy car manual manipulation causes much interference to the driver, a design method for intelligent car wiper based on the LIN bus is proposed. It adopts the chips MC9S08DZ60 and MC33661 as the controller from Freescale that dedicated to the automotive electronics field. During its working, with the rain sensor sensing the magnitude of outside rainfall, it can automatically adjust the wiper speed, achieving the intelligent wiper control.

Abstract: According to the characteristic of synchronizer signal, multi-channel synchronizer signal generator is designed based on USB and C8051F340. Software implementation is given using Aitken interpolation algorithm. It greatly reduces the cost of development and effectively improves the precision. Meanwhile, using the USBXPress development kit for PC and firmware development shortens the development cycle. Compared with the special numeric synchronizer converter, the price of designed Synchronizer signal generator cheap 100 times, the full range error less than 0.04º and the accuracy improved 25 times. At the same time, it has work stability, strong anti-interference and high practical value.

Abstract: A new ascorbic acid electrochemical sensor was made by electrostatic assembly of ferrocene polymer monolayer on the surface of gold electrode which modified with negatively charged alkanethiol. Cyclic voltammetry and current-time curve were employed to investigate the electrochemical characteristics of the sensor. The ferrocene monolayer modified electrode exhibit excellent electrocatalytic response to the oxidation of ascorbic acid. The anodic overpotential was reduced by about 180 mV compared with that obtained at a bare gold electrode in cyclic voltammetry. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of the sensor response to ascorbic acid was from 0.05 to 1 mM and the detection limit was 2.710-5 M. The sensor possesses simple preparation, fast response and good electrochemical stability.
