Abstract: The Golmud-Lhasa section of Qinghai-Tibet railway is located in the plateau and permafrost region which tunnel lining produces serious diseases in the extremely bad environment. This paper states the application of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) for quality detection of tunnel lining and how to choose parameters, sit detection lines, analyze GPR cross section and classify lining diseases in filed investigation. The results suggest that non-destructive testing technology of GPR can be used to detect the tunnel lining diseases mainly including second lining thickness, cavities and backfilling imperfection zones, and the technology is effectively to detect tunnel lining in abominable surroundings. Furthermore, detection results can provide scientific basis to evaluate the tunnel’s safety performance and diseases degree objectively

Abstract: The basic faults detection logic of fuel flow metering valve can not detect all the faults. It may cause un-commanded in-flight shut-down (IFSD) on the aero-engine and threat the flight safety. The operation principle of fuel flow metering valve is introduced in this paper. The basic faults detection logic is given. Two IFSD examples are presented. To reduce the un-commanded IFSD, faults detection logic updating is discussed. It can be used to design the new control software of the aero-engine and improve the aero-engine’s reliability.

Abstract: With the development of component technology, there are many powerful third party components. TeeChart control as one of them was widely used for waveform display and processing. Combining the software development of multi-channel waveform analysis, this paper introduces the characteristics and attributes method of TeeChart control. With using the control, it can realize graphical display of keeping historical data, contrast analyze of the multiple wave etc. And the waveform can be saved as picture or PDF format. Be given the correlation realization code in the Delphi 7.0 development environment.

Abstract: This document explains how to design a robust controller for the uncertain model of the ship dynamic positioning based on mixed sensitivity, which include environmental excitations. The computer simulation shows that it validated that the robust control system has a good performance.

Abstract: The charge unit supply power when the power is cut off. It has been the necessary components in every type of substations to ensure the continuous operations of electric relays, automatic devices and circuit breakers. By using contacting electrical insulating Fiber Bragg Grating temperature sensor, the monitored equipment can be measured and controlled under the safe temperature. The temperatures of three fans and environment have been surveyed since June 6, 2010, in the charge unit of Yanjin substation’s main control room. The real-time monitoring of 24-hours indicates that the temperature changes in the range of 1°C. At the long-term of 479 days, the average daily minimum temperature range of three fans is 12.48°C, and the maximum range is 23.07°C. The maximum temperature is 39.14°C on April 30, 2011, and the minimum temperature is 23.98°C on January 10, 2011. The daily average of ambient temperature range is 12.04 °C, the maximum temperature is 38.38 °C on July 16, 2010, and the minimum temperature is 26.34 °C on January 9, 2011. The maximum difference between the temperature of fan and the ambient temperature is 7.60 °C on October 23, 2010. According to the relevant standards and monitoring results, the maximum threshold of fan temperature is defined to 85°C, and the threshold of temperature rise is 20°C.

Abstract: To get working loads for analysis of strength safety of well testing tubing strings, providing references to combine tubing strings and select operation parameters, the working loads of tubing string were measured by self-made load measurement device for down-hole tubular strings and the stresses of tubing strings with measured load were analyzed with ANSYS. The dynamic response and strength of tubing strings exerted by varied pressures and weight were analyzed, taking wellhead and packer as fixed constraints. It was found that the maximum stress would vary sharply around the baseline with radial acceleration and increase as much as 37% if the acceleration is 0.38g

Abstract: Due to the complex operation of the compression stress relaxation test equipment used in the national standard, the measurement error is great and the uncertainty and instability of the test result is high, This paper proposes the design of a test equipment with the pressure transducer and digital indicator, which can do real-time monitor on the compression stress of rubber materials in accelerated ageing test. The stress range of the test equipment is 0~980 N, and temperature range 0~200°C. With this equipment, the compression stress in 70°C、80°C、90°C and 100°Cwas tested, and thus the curves of the compression stress at different temperature were obtained.

Abstract: At present the coating thickness and uniformity of tower materials provided by the suppliers are tested through the visual method by the power department, the detection precision of this method is low and test results is not reflected objectively to superior departments. Galvanized layer detection and quality control system of tower materials are developed, through coating thickness and uniformity tested, test results are timely reflected to the competent department, the coating quality of the tower materials caused safety issues is effectively avoided.

Abstract: The quality criterion and engineering application of defects detection of complex joints of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) structure by ultrasonic method were described, and some problems requiring attention. Besides, how to more effectively apply ultrasonic inspection and other detection techniques by following “TECHNOLOGICAL SPECIFICATION FOR INSPECTION OF CONCRETE DEFECTS BY ULTRASONIC METHOD” [CECS 21:2000] is discussed. It is useful way to control and monitor the quality of Complex joints of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) structure.

Abstract: Based on the problem of conductive film loophole detection, this paper presents the overall system design plan, design a set of practical photoelectric detection system. The system hardware include photoelectric sensor module, signal conditioning module, MCU minimize system module, control module, alarm module, power supply module; System software flow chart are given. Finally, after making of objects, installation, debugging, software and hardware modified, the system achieve the design requirements, realize the design function.
