Abstract: There is a diathermaneity process between the fuel combustion and generate steam when the supercharged boiler is working. That is to say there are large time-delay and large fluctuation when it’s been regulated. In this paper, the relationships between radiation energy signal, fuel consumption and the heat absorption rate of the raiser were analyzed. The radiation energy signal in the furnace was introduced into the original control system as a feedback signal. A combustion auxiliary control circuit was added to form a new control strategy and the simulation model was established.

Abstract: There are no systematic studies reported on measuring model of dynamic contact force between pantograph and overhead line. Keep this in view, the high-speed measuring model of dynamic contact force between pantograph and overhead line is discussed in details in this article. Based on the analysis of forces acting on the pantograph, measuring model of dynamic contact force is constructed with the mass correction and aerodynamic compensation. The results of verifying running test are given in the end of article to show that the measuring model is effective practically.

Abstract: AC servo system catches scholars and researchers’ more attentions. A fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed to the AC servo system. Using critical proportioning method to adjust the PID parameter, building two dimension fuzzy controllers to adjust the parameter and compensate the rotational speed. Analysis of simulation experiment of PID and incremental Fuzzy PID control, the result shows that the validity of the method.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an optimization control strategy for problems in conventional boilers send-guide-air automatic control system of power plant. We meet optimization of boiler send-guide-air automatic control scheme by means of improving air flow and oxygen content in flue gas measurement, revising control system structure, adopting fuzzy control algorithm, adding protection and other measures.

Abstract: One of the key elements of servicing the aviation industry is the provision and maintenance of first class equipment. In order to ensure a secure and effective flight of aircrafts in aviation, the ground supporting equipment which enables the planes to get off the ground without delaying the flight plans, has to be kept ready at all times [1].

Abstract: Some critical technologies of IOT and Vector Spectrum were introduced. Based on IOT and Vector Spectrum, a fault diagnosis system had been constructed. Using the advantages of IOT and Vector Spectrum, the system could not only monitor state of the devices efficiently, but also raise the accuracy and reliability of the fault diagnosis.

Abstract: The multi-parameter measurement of submersible electric pump is an important part of monitoring data underground. The system measures the temperature, pressure, leakage current and vibration signals, which return through the power line carrier technology and data processing on the oil well. This article also focuses on the pressure sensor temperature compensation algorithm, using an anti-linear curve fitting to approximating, and effectively eliminates the error of silicon pressure sensor resulting from temperature changing. The system has brought about a striking effect in experiments of oil field.

Abstract: In this paper, an adaptive sliding model design method is proposed to deal with the asymptotic stabilization problem for a class of fault-tolerant control systems with sensor failures and state time-delays. The considered faults on sensors are assumed to be unknown but depended on the system states without breaching the practical case, while the effects of time delays are also related to the states. For the sake of eliminating the effects of sensor faults and delays, an adaptive sliding mode controller is developed by using the fault signals transmitted by sensors with adjusting some adaptive estimations. Then the asymptotic stability results are ensured by using the proposed static output feedback controller via Lyapunov stability theory. The proposed design technique is finally evaluated in the light of a simulation example.

Abstract: The vibration can influence the running of devices in the engine room. It is necessary to monitor the vibration state of all running machineries. Through integrating the Bluetooth technology into the common vibration sensor, a wireless on-line vibration monitoring system is designed to monitor all devices. It will be helpful to avoid severe failure and improve the cruising ability.
