Abstract: This paper is an attempt to apply the concept of regular control chart to control chart of angle. The control limits of angle, such as the center control limit (CL), upper control limit (UCL), lower control limit (LCL) and the warning limits can be obtained by von Mises distributions of the directional statistics. Further more, the concept of warning limits of regular control chart can be applied to control chart of angle.

Abstract: Area navigation allows aircraft to fly along any airways that are applicable within the effective distance which navigation system or airborne navigation equipments can offer. Aircraft can fly in air district that is applicable with required precision, rather than fly to or fly from the navigation station on ground. This paper researches mathematical model of RNAV based on VOR/DME; analyzes the error affects on RNAV as well as GDOP. Use Matlab/Simulink to simulate and analyze the modeling; validate the accuracy and feasibility of the mathematical model.

Abstract: we use the NAH method for the simulation and analysis of sound power level and source level with the plan measuring surface under the same distance and size. The sound intensity integral method, the mean square sound pressure method and the NAH reversal method have been adopted in this paper. We also compare the sound power level between the plan measuring surface and the cylinder measuring surface, thus helps verifying the accuracy of the measurement of the radiated acoustic field based on the method of NAH. The conclusion we have drawn here can also provides dependable experimental basis for the choosing of measuring surfaces

The system with RENESAS SH7047 chips as the controller chip, Realize the all of the interrupt signal, sensor signal detection, fuzzy PID algorithm and main shaft encoder location, Through the CAN bus transmission way to complete accuracy control ac servo system. The actual operation commissioning proves the electronic control system has the fast response, and robust, more kinds of textile and so on.

Abstract: To improve the quality and efficiency of T-shaped pipe welding, a double-gun welding CNC is designed based on Multi-axis Control. The control program using Delphi software can accomplish system management and control functions. This system could display current status of each axis in real-time, complete automatic fault diagnosis, modify the welding parameters and so on.

Abstract: In order to reduce the loss of an automatic coin machine for using a 1-Yuan false coin, an improved device is designed by applying the eddy current nondestructive testing technology, which uses two distinct frequency signals to detect the information of coin. The device includes four modules: two LC oscillating circuits, signal processing module, microprocessor module and external control circuits. The detection algorithm selects two counting values under two distinct frequency signals. The low frequency circuit detects the information of the coin material, and the high frequency circuit detects the feature of the coin surface. The detection region of true coin is decided by the method of least square. The experiment shows that the device has the characters of stability, reliability and high accuracy.

Abstract: The harmonic pollution is one of the serious problems which impact on power system security and stability. With the development of power electronic technology, harmonic problems become increasingly prominent. Harmonic detection is an important content in the harmonic problems, is the base to solve the problem of harmonic. The harmonic of power system have characteristics of random and nonstationary, not easy to detect, in recent years, a variety of detection methods emerge in an endless stream, this paper introduces a technique of detecting harmonics in power system by using fractal method, this method by calculating the dynamic waveform grid fractal dimension, setting threshold value, and determines the waveform distortion occurring time. After the theoretical analysis and practical measurement, this method can be effectively used on harmonic detection and can meet the requirements in speed and accuracy.

Abstract: When corrosion signals of tank bottom is detected by online method, it is essential to identify corrosion signals of different corrosion pots. It is a new method based on blind source separation. Blind source separation has produced many arithetics, among which entropy maximization is more mature. The aim of this paper is to separate corrosion signals by using entropy maximization arithmetic. Furthermore, the separation of linear mixed acoustic emission signals is achieved through simulation. The results indicate that blind source separation is an effective method for the separation of corrosion signals.

Abstract: Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, combined with pattern recognition, was applied in this study for the rapid identification of Black tea from different origins.The K-Nearest Neighbor model recognition method was used for the establishment of a tea origin recognition model, which involved optimization of the principal component factors (PCs) and the identification rate using a cross-validation method. The experimental results showed that, after standard normal variant spectral preprocessing, an optimized model was obtained when the PCs were equal to three, with the cross-validation recognition rate and the predicted recognition rate reaching 98.1% and 93.3%, respectively.

Abstract: CPS test standard has put forward new demands to the management of power grids. This paper analyzes the main influence factors of CPS, and introduces the way of building data warehouse and constructing supplementary analysis system on this basis, which can effectively help power grid workers to research the pros and cons in dispatch and operation. The application of the supplementary analysis system is helpful for Shanghai power grid to enhance AGC control and frequency control ability under the control performance standard.
