Abstract: Pipeline transportation is an important process of mass industrial use of coal slime. The coal slime is transported in the form of dense pastes under high pressure pipeline. The coal slime yield stress is an important factor to design the pipeline transportation system, but the study on paste yield stress is less seen in published at present. The coal slime yield stress is measured with specific device in this article. Both curves of the speed and the volume concentration on the coal slime yield stress are studied. The relation between the coal slime yield stress and the volume concentration are obtained.

Abstract: In this paper ADRC algorithm is introduced to design the yaw-angle channel controller of subminiature unmanned helicopter. The original system is extended to a new system with an augmented variable. This approach can realize perfect tracking performance as well as robustness and stability without the exact mathematical model of the system. The simulation results further demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper, the remote monitoring system based on WINCC and GPRS is introduced. Status data of field devices collected by Siemens S7-200 PLC is transferred to the data center through GPRS wireless communication network of China mobile and field devices are controlled by PLC receiving commands from the host computer. So, production efficiency and economy benefit are improved greatly.

Abstract: The paper studies the online parameter identification technique of a synchronous machine, constructs its online parameter acquisition system, establishes its proper circuit model and state equation, uses maximum likelihood algorithm to identify the linear parameters of the machine under light load and low excitation, recognizes and modifies the saturation parameters with the magnetic circuit in saturation, inspects and revises the parameters and model in the big disturbance, and verifies the validity of the proposed method by the experiment and simulation.

Abstract: For industrial robot manipulator system, PD control theory is extensively used in the dynamic characteristics controlling. A PD robust controller is introduced to optimize the stability and convergence of traditional PD controller and avoid excess initial driving torque for two-link industrial manipulator system. By the co-simulation on ADAMS and Matlab/ Simulink, the paper designs a PD robust controller under given upper bound disturbance and completes track control and driving torque trial. Through result comparison and analysis, the superiority of the PD robust controller for two-link manipulator is verified.

Abstract: Hydraulic motor is one of the elements with a high occurrence rate of failure in hydraulic system of amphibious assault vehicles. When the motor leakage reaches the limit value allowed, the motor should be renewed or overhauled. Through an analysis of the influencing factors that affect hydraulic motor leakage of amphibious assault vehicles, this article establishes a support vector regression model for motor leakage and gets a maximum relative error of 4.29% between the fitted value and the measured value of motor leakage, which offers more reliable evidence for scientific determination of renewal period or overhaul period of hydraulic motor

Abstract: Gearbox operation conditions have a great effect on the equipment of the whole machine directly; therefore, the gear is the main object in the site monitoring and diagnosis. This paper analysis pitting corrosion signals getting from the test-bed. The signals are analyzed and processed in wavelet and Hilbert transform on Matlab. It is shown that wavelet analysis transformation are a kind of effective method on gear fault analysis.

The machining element is determined and ranked according to rules of technological design. Finally, all the machining elements are reorganized and ranked with the comprehensive consideration of freedom constraints of workpiecesand technological equipment. The operation sequence is generated automatically.

Abstract: According to the Rapid Prototyping for uniform thickness of thin-wall parts forming, the paper uses the filling method that is mixed the parallel lines with contour trajectory offset lines, based on the both of filling methods that conducted a research on the algorithm and derivation of mathematics, gets the mathematical expression of the both filling track line. The algorithm for Rapid Prototyping system which can achieved software optimization provided a mathematical foundation.

Abstract: Rivet joint is a widely used connection mode in the aircraft assembly. The size of rivet deformation affect the quality of connection directly. This article design a riveting deformation detection element based on the displacement sensor. It can achieve the accurate measurement of pier diameter and height of the rivet. With adjustable measuring tool and data acquisition element, computer displays measurement measurement results, accomplishing the riveting quality testing.
