Abstract: The great area crack can cause the landslide of the substation sliding. Dislocation is the significant factor to reflect the crack. Embedded the mast structure of FBG displacement sensor, the relative displacement of retaining wall in YanJin substation can be obtained. Placed 3 FBG displacement sensors on the southeast corner of the substation downstream integrated the real-time monitoring system for the dislocation crack of YanJin substation downstream. In the monitoring results of the 479 days, daily average displacement of 3# sensor located in substation downstream maximized to 1.58mm on January 27th 2011; and daily average displacement of 2# sensor located in substation downstream minimized to -1.94mm on September 18th 2011. The monthly rainfall maximized to 123.5mm, 70.7mm, 75.9mm in July, August, September 2011 and minimized to 26.8mm, 12.9mm, and 23.3mm in January 2011, November, December 2010. Considered local precipitation, cracks closely related to the local precipitation.

Abstract: Gear Measuring Center(GMC) is a kind of instrument for measuring the accuracy of the tooth surface. For the gears whose modulus is not small, the contact measuring method is commonly used. 3D scanning probe is the key component. Because it can reflect the trend of 3D error of the tooth surface, and has the advantages of high-speed and high-precision, it is generally used in the measurement of complex and large gear. However, due to the anisotropy of the mechanical structure of the probe itself and the influence of the external environment factors, it will result in mutual influence among the three deformation directions of the probe, that is coupling phenomenon, therefore it must be calibrated before measurement. In the paper, on the basis of the structure of 3D scanning probe and measurement principle, the varying coefficients linear calibration matrix was innovatively proposed. Through measuring the points planned on the standard ball, based on the spherical equation, the overdetermined nonlinear equations were established. The equations were iteratively solved with the least squares method and genetic algorithm. The calibration matrix was finally experimental verified. The experimental results show that the linear calibration matrix has higher calibration precision than traditional constant coefficient calibration matrix, the calibration method has the advantages of high-efficiency and high-precision, it has a certain reference meaning for the research of the calibration of the probe.

Abstract: Lithium manganese oxides with a fine spherical morphology different from that of the normal composite oxides are formed after detonation wave treatment due to the very high quenching rate. Free metal atoms are first released with the decomposition of explosives, and then theses metal and oxygen atoms are rearranged, coagulated and finally crystallized into lithium manganate during the expansion of detonation process. The growth of lithium manganate via detonation reaction was investigated with respect to the presence of an energetic precursor, such as the metallic nitrate and the degree of confinement of the explosive charge. The detonation products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Powder X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the products. Lithium manganate with spherical morphology and more uniform secondary particles, with smaller primary particles of diameters from 10 to 20 nm and a variety of morphologies were found.

Abstract: A machine vision based measurement system of auto-hub’s eccentricity between the center circle and the pitch circle of bolt holes is proposed in this article. Pictures of all bolt holes are shot when the auto-hub is rotating. The eccentricity can be calculated by tiling these pictures to a global image. There are some error factors in the system such as run-out of rotation center, inclined platform, rotation angle error, tilted auto-hub’s surface, roundness of the center hole and angle between bolt holes uneven. Mathematical models of these error factors are studied. By stimulating all these error factors, run-out of rotation center has the greatest impact and some key parameters are given in mechanical system design.

Abstract: 16 samples of sesame oils adulteration with rapeseed oil and peanut oil were detected by gas chromatography, and the Similarity of chromatographic fingerprint (SCF) was applied to analysis the adulteration quantity of these samples. The Weighted Vectorial Angle Method (WVAM) was brought forward to calculate similarity between fingerprints of adulterated oil and unadulterated oil. The experiment results showed that the Similarity of chromatographic fingerprint can be proposed as the major analysis method to assess the sesame oil purity.

Abstract: For the prediction of yarn quality, this paper presents method to predict the quality of the spinning by a support vector machine. The input parameters to support vector machines including density of coarse yarn, roving twist factor, yarn linear density, yarn twist factor , the output variable is the CV values of spinning, breaking strength, establishment prediction model of CV values, breaking strength SVM. The results showed that: 11 groups of training samples randomly selected from 13 groups samples, two groups as predict sample, forecast errors are below 5% with high accuracy. This research provides a new approach for the spinning process design and quality control.
