Abstract: There is little provision about construction in the assessment system for green building in China, but green construction plays an important role in green building and it is a trend that the assessment system for green building should include the green construction in China. Based on contrasts of evaluation standard for green building, combining with operation experiments of green Olympic building assessment system, difficulties in developing of green construction industry in China is proposed such as policy, time, concept and materials. Thus, popularizing measures for green construction are suggested, including extending standards for green building, establishing owner inspiriting system and building system, developing popularity effect of green construction.

Abstract: Street lamps are indispensable social facilities. The power consumption of street lamps is quite astonishing .In this paper, we design a novel multi-surface reflector of street lamp, which is used AUTOCAD to generate reflector’s surface, applied the optimization theory and optical software Tracepro. Multi-surface reflector of street lamps is reasonable in the distribution of light, full using of energy, and has incomparable advantages compared with the traditional reflector. Using the design of multi-surface street lamp and simulation of MATLAB, this article sets up maximum spacing model of one lamp and area of the largest model of two lamp basic on analysis of the cha-racteristics of street lighting. From the lighting brightness and energy saving point of view, we give a reasonable height and spacing of street lamps, so that the design can meet the people on the light-ing requirements, but also can save energy as much as possible.

Abstract: From the basic concepts of low carbon and low carbon housing, the low carbon housing constituting condition and technical system are probed into in this paper, and points out that the low carbon construction is the key link to develop low carbon housing, at the same time, analyses the main features for construction steel structure as the main body of housing system. The effective form of promoting the transformation and upgrading for housing industry in China is analyzed. In the end, the thought of the steel structure housing will become the mainstream of living is put forward, by developing of this structure the residential building for low carbon construction & sustainable development will be realized.

Abstract: Oxygen-enriched combustion technology is one of the new clean coal combustion technologies that can control pollutant emission. An oxygen-enriched combustion experiment of coal and sewage sludge in a Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) incinerator was carried out. Experimental analysis on the combustion characteristics of fuels with different mass rate in the oxygen concentration of 21%~35% was done. The results showed that the combustion characteristics differ from the different mixing ratio of coal to sludge in different oxygen atmosphere. When the amount of the fuel was constant, as the increase of the oxygen concentration in the air, the furnace temperature increased gradually, the SO2 concentration and NO concentration showed increasing trend, the CO concentration and HCl concentration showed decreasing trend.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to simulate the riveting process, test a new device by the finite element method , study the riveting process of the mechanical behavior. Through numerical simulation, the various characteristics of the selected materials, in accordance with these measured parameters, did some statistical analysis, and design the whole hydraulic riveting machine hydraulic system according to the automobile beam line, then test. Finally, the hydraulic riveting machine hydraulic system for automobile beam production line hydraulic system has great advantages.

Abstract: This paper will introduce traditional pure hydraulic control of the output characteristics of the hydraulic shock on the basis of how it works in combination with nitrogen pressure feedback principle. Through the study of gas-liquid joint hydraulic shock control system and the introduction of mechanical and electrical control, it is known as the mechanical and electrical control of hydraulic shock. In this paper will make an elaboration about control methods, the working principle and structure of mechanical and electrical controlled hydraulic shock, as well as mechanical and electrical integration, intelligent hydraulic shock various advantages in detail.

Abstract: Analyzes the change of hydraulic pressure and flow rate during the opening/closing and curing processes in the hydraulic system of hydraulic tire curing machine and proposes a new design of the hydraulic station. By using three groups of motors-variable piston pump to work independently, the new hydraulic station can reduce machine downtime. Through using accumulator to keep pressure and delaying switching time of the valve to gradually release pressure, the new hydraulic station solves the problem of the severe impact caused by pressure relief and improve the safety and relia-bility.

Abstract: As the optimum of extremum value control system drifts faster it may make bigger error for pre-estimating statically the optimum, it is particularly remarkable if the transfer function of the linear part is with a high order dynamic element. In this paper, a method based on LS(least squares) is presented to pre-estimate dynamically the optimum of extremum value control system. The linear part of controlled plant could be approximated by a cascade of 1st order dynamic element and a pure time delay element as the controlled model is simplified it is successfully resolved for pre-estimating dynamically the optimum of extremum value control system with a high order element by LS.

Abstract: Wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) is an advanced thermal machining process capable of accurately machining parts with complicated shapes, especially for the parts that are very difficult to be machined by traditional machining processes. WEDM process is based on the conventional EDM sparking phenomenon utilizing the widely accepted non-contact technique of material removal. Since the introduction of the process, WEDM has evolved from a simple means of making tools and dies to the best alternative of producing micro-scale parts with the highest degree of dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality. This author reviews the vast array of research work carried out from the EDM process to the development of the WEDM, also highlights the working principle and mechanical performance of machining conditions. A wide range of WEDM industrial applications are reported together with the development of the hybrid machining processes. The final part of the paper discusses these developments and outlines the possible trends for future WEDM research.

This paper stued the image collection and compression technology based on the embedded system. The process of its concrete realization is to extract useful information from image information,then remove the redundant coded information in order to increase channel capacity and improve the information transmission rate.
