Abstract:

In order to accurately get gear transmission system dynamic characteristics of transmission shaft for discrete processing. Numerical simulation gear meshing internal dynamic incentive, the improved gear pair of dynamic model for computing; At the same time, the simulation of rolling bearing in contact with the dynamic characteristic of the lubrication, consider the gearing mesh time-varying characteristic, the drive shaft bending-torsional coupling and supporting elastic establish single grade gear transmission prototype model. The simulation results show that different supporting conditions would lead to the simulation result differences, the elastic supporting more actual.
