Article Preview

Abstract:

This spring a serious drought has occurred in some areas of China, which has a great impact to Local production, living and economic development. For this severe problem, small hydropower risk consequence should be considered. AHP is used to determine each factor’s weight, and then establish small hydropower risk consequence valuation model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The research shows that this model has a strong practical significance for risk consequence’s evaluation, providing technical support for small hydropower management under drought conditions.
