Abstract:

Medicinal Botanical Garden possess the function in lunching research, scientific pervasion, preserving species of endangered medicinal plants and the quality of local medical plants resource, and can be provided with promoting the practice teaching of discipline related to pharmacy, carrying out plantation demonstration of medicinal plants, and display the tourism resource. The medicinal plant in the garden will be displayed and introduced by several ways which will popularize the scientific knowledge. Mimic the new environment, introducing suitable quantity new species, specification monitoring, which make endangered medicinal plants more successful. The theory of breeding mechanism and preservation of biodiversity will be developed through gathering the idea of different subject researcher and the interaction of multi-discipline. And developing new breeding methods and exploring distinctive new drug elements which will prompt botanical garden research. The potential function of botanical garden can be explored and expanded through multi-directional development which will dedicate to human society.
