In recent year ,Shaanxi Province CO₂ emissions per capita well above the national average, air temperature changes unusually，the disaster occurred frequently. Climate change lead to the big impact and challenges in agriculture, water resources, ecological environment and energy structure in Shaanxi Province，Put forward to Problems and Countermeasure about the concrete conditions.
