Study on Cycle Economic and Ecological Innovation System under the Perspective of Ecological Capital

Abstract:

The nature of the circular economy is an ecological economy, and its smooth implementation need to have the ecological basis for the ecological capital stock to maintain non-decreasing. This paper first introduces the connotation of the cycle of economic and ecological innovation of the relevance of ecological capital and circulation of economic innovation, in order to determine the value orientation of the circular economy in the ecological capital of eco-innovation as a basis to build a cycle of economic and ecological innovation system.
