The Study on Government’s Ecological Responsibility in Ecological Civilization Era

Abstract:

The background of ecological civilization and the request of ecological environment have required the government to bear the new responsibility, that is ecological responsibility. Only when the relations of ecological civilization and sustainable development, ecological economics and ecological benefit, and so on, can be straightened out, government would recognize the major connotation of ecological responsibility and bear it for the society and the public in the new era.
