Abstract: The time series analysis for D-InSAR is a new kind of method. While modeling with Gauss-Markoff model and estimating parameters, how to search for integer phase ambiguity needs to be addressed. In the study, the modified least-squares ambiguity decorrelation adjustment algorithm (MLAMBDA) is applied for the optimal integer phase ambiguity. The problems about applying are analyzed and solved by many experiments. At last, the method is applied for the project of all Tianjin district and the result is correct and effective.

Abstract: Internet monitoring has recently been the focus of media attention and public debate. This paper proposed a novel method of multi-layer smart monitor system to filter unhealthy information using artificial neural networks (ANN). This method classified the text into multilayer and uses RPROP algorithm to implement the text classifier. Finally, the test was deployed and the feasibility of this algorithm was proven.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new combined model for image de-noising. The singular value decomposition has been widely used in the image application such as de-noising till now. There is a problem, which is how to confirm the number of the singular values in the process of image reconstruction, need to solve in the process. Then the paper discusses a minimum energy model to confirm the number through the way of calculating the local minimum in the defined energy curve. The experiment results show that the established model is consistent to the fact under the situation that if the image be with regular structure.

Abstract: From the need of antagonising the hypersonic near-space target (HNST), a multi-attribute evaluation method of HNST threat based on RAG-TOPSIS is proposed; the target attribute weights are dealt with using RAG; the grey state for people to understand the selection of attributes in the traditional TOPSIS is avoided and the confirming of the weights of target attributes is more scientific. The multi-attribute evaluation model of HNST’s threat is established, then the rationality and effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.

Abstract: Cloud computing gives out the ability that sells computing, storage and other IT resource as service instead of sells hardware. There are also some problems that block the advancement. This paper discussed these problem, especially in database-as-a-service then introduced a mean-tree structure, that extends the encrypted database’s ability, trying to surpass the existence conclusion that an encrypted database is inefficient.

Abstract: This paper proposes a raster-based data visualization engine method for the visualization of SMT, through COM technology, using standard data access interface and a consistent approach to separate data management and data analysis, this method try to transform EDA vector data into bitmaps, the aim to provide a fast and efficient to create three-dimensional data model PCB substrate, the resault is that removing the adverse vector graphics technology,reducing the complexity of the algorithm, reducing the cost of computer time and improving surface mount visual display speed.

Abstract: Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is one of rapid prototyping process, which process includes Common Layer Interface (CLI) file generation and rapid prototyping. This paper focuses on algorithm to repair error datum of slices to generate CLI file and arithmetic-zoning scanning algorithm based intersection sorting which were used to FDM process. Conclusions of experiment show that the algorithm to repair error datum of slices can correct repair the error datum and fast extraction of contour information, and it provides an efficient method for generating CLI file from Stereo lithography(STL) slices; that arithmetic-zoning scanning method can reduce the possibility of model wrapping and shrinkage stress. The two algorithms improve production efficiency of FDM and are worth promoting.

Abstract: In this paper, the application of Trusted Computing Platform is discussed. It is pointed out that the purpose of network management information system by trusted Computing platform is to set up a trusted network system. Based on the analysis of the environment of the trusted network information management system, we employ a trusted computing model in the information system of graduate student at our university. The implementation of network trusted management information system indicates that this method will improve the security of information system.

Abstract: time series; data mining; knowledge discovery; trend extremum representation. Abstract. In recent years, there has been an explosion of interest in mining time series databases. In this paper, we make some attempts to mining process industrial time series. As with most computer science problems, representation of the data is the key to efficient and effective solutions. We introduce a novel algorithm, Trend Extremum Representation, which is empirically proved to be superior to Piecewise Linear Representation and Important Points Representation in manipulating large-scale industrial data. Then, subsequent mining procedure is undertaken. Through clustering analysis and association rule discovery, several useful rules are derived for differentiating normal and abnormal events in everyday operations.

Abstract: In this paper, a recognition method for multiple classifiers is proposed, which combines an improved eigenface method with Support Vector Machine(SVM). The combining classifiers can make use of high recognition rate for SVM and high speed for distance classification. The distance classifier may classify the input images and give the final results when the rejecting rule is satisfied. Otherwise, these images are delivered to SVM for further classification. Experiment data show that the fusion of multiple classifiers for face recognition has higher efficiency, accuracy of recognition and lower rate of error recognition.
