Abstract: IP networks were growing rapidly over past decades. Perhaps more significant is the impact that it is also provide a medium to the illicit activities. Therefore, IP monitoring of lawful interception of IPv4 Networks was proposed to combat against those illicit activities over IP Networks. The Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) can monitor the IP packets as well as capture them for analysis or providing forensics. In order to assist IP Monitoring of lawful interception from technical perspective, we propose a scheme named Decision Tree Based Rules Redistribution Algorithm (DTBRRA) which can be fast applied on IP networks.

Abstract: An improved image normalization algorithm is proposed firstly. Then a geometric robust image perceptual hashing scheme is proposed based on image normalization and discrete cosine transform. The original image is preprocessed using our improved image normalization method. And the selected DCT coefficients as image feature are encrypted for security. The geometric robust image hash is achieved by quantizing encrypted DCT coefficients and coding. The experimental results show that the algorithm can resist against common global affine transformations such as rotation, scaling, translation and their combinations.

Abstract: A adaptive interference cancellation algorithm was proposed in this paper. The MATLAB simulation results of the performance of five different kinds of adaptive interference cancellation algorithm were presented. According to the comparison of the simulation results, especially the usage of resource, convergence rate and effects of cancellation, the frequency-domain block LMS algorithm was selected suitable for the further design on FPGA. By simulating the functions by modelsim, and analyzing the PSD curve and the constellation of output signals, the adaptive interference cancellation algorithm system based on frequency-domain block LMS achieved expected effect. The better in-band flatness of the PSD curve and the higher convergence rate on constellation were obtained. Therefore, the frequency-domain block LMS adaptive interference cancellation algorithm is chosen as the design with high performance-price ratio.

Abstract: A discrete fractional cosine transform with arbitrary period is proposed, which is a linear combination of discrete fractional cosine transform (DFRCT). We propose a new image encryption algorithm based on the discrete fractional cosine transform with arbitrary period, and set up some experiments by the different image block methods. The specific steps of encryption and decryption are given, and this encryption algorithm in items of many evaluation indexes is analyzed. The results of the detailed analysis demonstrate that the encryption algorithm effectiveness, efficiency and ability to resist brute-force attack are satisfying.

Abstract: This paper discusses the reduction algorithms of an incomplete covering decision system. Firstly, we give the definition of a new pair of upper and lower approximations in an incomplete covering information system and give their axiomatic characterizations. Then, we introduce the special conditional entropy and the limitary conditional entropy of a covering decision system with multi-coverings and study the reduction of coverings by means of special conditional entropy (limitary conditional entropy) in -consistent (inconsistent) covering decision systems. Two algorithms are designed to compute reductions of the -consistent and inconsistent covering decision systems, respectively.

Abstract: In this paper, a Faster algorithm: BMF is proposed, which sets improvements in the time complexity of the BM algorithm. The BMF algorithm defines a new pre-calculation function to increase in the skips of pattern significantly. Experiments indicate that the time complexity is reduced by 63% at most. Therefore, the improved algorithm could provide significant improvement in pattern matching performance when using in an IDS.

Abstract: This paper presents an FPGA implementation of a semi-fragile watermarking-based algorithm for a digital camera. The architecture of digital authentication camera is discussed and a semi-fragile watermarking algorithm based the invariant property of DCT coefficients quantization is designed which can survive a certain amount of compression. The components of a digital camera and the watermarking algorithm are described in Verilog HDL and implemented on the DE2-70 board. The results shown that the hardware implementation can provide real time performance and resist off-line attacks compare with the software-assisted solution.

Abstract: To take full advantage of multi-core processor resources, this paper examines the multi-core platform using OpenMP implementation of two kinds of pi parallel algorithms, numerical integration and Monte Carlo. The experimental results show that optimized algorithm with the OpenMP pragmas compared with the serial code has been improved speed significantly, also achieved satisfactory speedup and parallel efficiency that effectively improve the utilization of computer resources of the multi-core, parallel algorithm for the realization of Pi provides a new way of thinking.

Abstract: A new particle swarm optimization algorithm (a diversity guided particles swarm Optimization), which is guided by population diversity, is proposed. In order to overcome the premature convergence of the algorithm, a metric to measure the swarm diversity is designed, the update of velocity and position of particles is controlled by this criteria, and the four sub-processes are introduced in the process of updating in order to increase the swarm diversity, which enhance to the ability of particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) to break away from the local optimum. The experimental results exhibit that the new algorithm not only has great advantage of global search capability, but also can avoid the premature convergence problem effectively.
