How to Strengthen the Sense of Solid Wood of Frame-Board Type Furniture

Abstract:

The frame-board type furniture was born due to people’s preference of solid wood. This paper analyzed the composed mode of parts of the frame-board type furniture (FBF) and the sense of solid wood (SSW). By visual frame structure form, the plate structure in reality and pretty detailed design can strengthen the SSW of FBF. Some manufacturing and surface decoration techniques were introduced in this paper.
