Research on Optimization Design of Complex Frame Structure Based on the Power Flow Transmission Target

Article Preview

Abstract:

According to a problem of vibration and noise suppression of an engineering vehicle cab, the vibration transmission path is modeled by an engine-frame-cab system. The method of calculation of vibratory power flow, which is transmitted from the source engine to the receiver cab through the path frame and isolators, was deduced. And then an optimization strategy and corresponding analysis algorithm for the frame structure were proposed based on power flow objective function. The method proposed is validated through a practical case study.
