Design of the Amplitude Transformer in Ultrasonic Vibration System

Abstract:

The amplitude transformer is widely applied in ultrasonic machining because it can magnify the amplitude between the ultrasonic transducer and the tool. This paper explained the experimental device of the ultrasonic vibration system, the design principles of the amplitude transformer and the design process of the conical transformer. At last, it gave the engineering drawing of the amplitude transformer.
