Design of Intelligent Protector for Mine Magnetic Starter

Abstract:

A kind of intelligent magnetic starter was introduced. It can control the starting, maintaining and breaking of the AC contactor. The function of protector was to protect the motor when it was in the case of over-voltage, under-voltage, jam, overload, unbanlance and phase loss. It can also display the line voltage, three phase current of the motor, Moreover, the intercommunication between the protector and PC was realized.
