A Study on Ningxia’s Economic Development with Low Carbon

Abstract:

In 2009 the project of ‘China’s acclimatization’ organized by China, England and Switzerland together selects Ningxia Hui autonomous region as the experimental unit of the project. As Ningxia locates the inland of west China with vivid climate feature, fragile ecological environment, extensive economic development and obvious feature of high carbon, it is urgent for it to explore the road of developing low-carbon economy and is also commonly significance of reference for both China’s minority regions and other developing countries with rich coal resource.
