The Applied Research of Numerical Simulation Techniques in the Forming of Covered Parts of Automobile

Article Preview

Abstract:

This study explored the numerical simulation technique and its application range. By using numerical simulation technology, the automobile achieves mold design and optimization in the software, determines a more reasonable technological parameters and provids a useful reference to the mold design and the process of program development. The test shows that with the help of dynaform software to realize the design and optimization of the mould and make a simulation and analysis of its forming processes, through the simulation, the optimized blank is got, the numerical simulation of the cover to some degree has a guiding significance in the actual production.
