Static Analysis on Waist Fitting of Auxiliary Manipulator in Punch

Abstract:

Based on ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software, static analysis including the analysis of stress and deformation is carried out for waist fitting of auxiliary manipulator in punch. The stress contours diagrams and the deformation contours diagrams of the waist fitting are obtained, so as to get its stress distribution and deformation. According to the results of analysis, the waist fitting non-installation size is optimized. Therefore motion performance of the manipulator is optimized. The research of this thesis provides the theoretical basis for the further study of the waist fitting, especially in the improvement of the structure.
