Valuation on Mildew-Proof Results of ACQ-B to Bamboo

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to increased mildew-proof capability of bamboo, ACQ-B was taken as mildew preventive, and the concentration and temperature of ACQ-B, the pressure and forcing time as the test factors. The relationship between the technical factor and the moulding of bamboo was researched through the orthogonal test. The results showed that the more the weight of bamboo increased, i.e., the more ACQ-B permeating into bamboo was, the better the mildew-proof capability of the bamboo was. Through the analysis and comparing to the test results, that the concentration of ACQ-B was 0.4%, the forcing time was15h, the temperature of ACQ-B was 65°C, and the pressure was 0.24MPa was the best technical condition when bamboo was treated with ACQ-B.
