Study on China’s Engineering Education Reform

Abstract:

Engineering education is the main way to train the talents for the society. But, at present, the engineering education in our country exist many questions, such as, the concept of engineering education needs to be improved, the target of engineering education is not clear, the curriculum system is behind, teachers are lack of the experience and ability of engineering practice, and so no. In this article, some proposals have been put forward to accelerate the higher engineering education reform in the aspects of the theory into engineering education, such as, take the engineering education concepts into the basic education, optimize curriculum system, improve the teachers' ability of engineering practice, strengthen the system of continuing education for engineering technology personnel, and so on.
