Research on the Theory and Application of River Course Regulation Projects’ Post-Economic Evaluation

Article Preview

Abstract:

Effect of the continuous development of economy and society, and changes in water regime and hydraulic structure behavior, the post-economic evaluation on water conservancy project is necessary. By which experiences and lessons can be learned from the river course regulation project under operation, project management and decision-making at all levels can be improved. At the same time, engineering under operation can play better efficiency, and the construction work in progress and projects to be built can be guided through the appraisement. It is proved by example application.
