Influence of Lead (Pb) on the Antioxidation System of Dishlia

Article Preview

Abstract:

The method of culturing in nutrient solution is used to research the influence of lead on the antioxidation system of dishlia. Results show that lead treatment can change the content of chlorophyll, MDA, SOD, POD and CAT of dishlia. As the time of treatment goes by, their contents all exhibit a rise-fall pattern of change. Compared with the control plant, lead treatment is inhibitory at the initial stage of the experiment, but promotes growth at a later stage.
