The Study and Application of Process Modeling Methods Based on Global Design

Article Preview

Abstract:

With the level of complexity of the products was higher and higher, as a technology which can accelerate the development process, process modeling has become the focus of the domestic and international scholars. This paper studies the association relationship between the components’ structure of product design, and introduces the hierarchical principle of the feedback mechanisms, and constructs a new process modeling method based on the global design method, which improve the ability of description of the process model and the flexibility of the new product’s design. Then this method is applied to the car spraying production line.
