Embedded Measurement Platform Design for Mine's Dynamic Weighing Bridge

Article Preview

Abstract:

The measurement platform is the core front-end subsystem in mine's dynamic weighing bridge, which directly determines the measuring accuracy and reliability of the system. This paper presents a full digital embedded measurement platform. The establishment of the overall system structure and design of some important modules are described in detail. The platform has a "multistation structure" mode. The direction judgment is achieved by the staggered installation of weight sensors. The transmission performance is ensured with the application of RS485 serial interface. Compared to the traditional technology, this design is more simple in structure and flexible in network, which leads to a great reduction in the cost of equipment investment under the premise of performance assurance.
