Design of the Spring Fixture for Aging Treatment

Abstract:

In this paper, the sizes of springs which were made of beryllium bronze QBe1.9 and the aging characteristics were analyzed, a set of design scheme of fixture was developed and the design process of the fixture was completed by CAD and Pro/E software. There were some fresh design features suh as a two-plate symmetry pressurized, the design of spherical head of the fastening bolts and different dimension and specification locating pins etc. The results showed that the design of the fixture structure was simple, reasonable and the designed fixture was easy to install and uninstall.
