Abstract: As a driving force of economic growth, China’s export was affected by global economic crisis during 2008~2010. This paper aims to assess the impact of economic crisis on China’s energy consumption during the crisis. Contributions of energy efficiency, domestic final use, exports and imports to energy consumption change were clarified using methodology involves structural decomposition analysis based on input-output price model. In 2009, exports of energy-related and raw material sectors were seriously impacted by economic crisis, with energy use dramatically decreased. However, economic stimulus plan implemented by central government provided a great boost to energy consumption growth. According to the study, quantity and structural adjustment of export is one of the important ways to reduce energy consumption in a short time. But in a long term, consumption control and energy efficiency improvement are unsubstitutable.

Abstract: Today, by globalization an interconnected world is very important the cooperation of all stakeholders at the international level. It is not only our opinion, that the only alternative is sustainable development of planet Earth, to which would contribute the mentioned cooperation. As shown by the results of [1, 2] our research, the internet allows us to quick exchange of information, experiences and good ideas. To ensure the development of the Slovak Republic is necessary to become a part of sustainable development also sustainable energy solutions and technologies which use its own available energy resources [3]. This paper deals with methods using multi-criteria decision-ANP / AHP for creation a national energy strategy in terms of sustainable development, which present complex decision models with more alternatives, or scenarios, and from an extensive set of evaluation indicators for creation the best strategy or finding the optimal decision. The decision-making model, referred to in this paper is the application of Saaty’s method ANP with BOCR (Benefits, Opportunities, Costs, Risks) network, where by the setting preferences BOCR is achieved with the application of AHP method with hierarchical structure of strategic indicators. A small drawback of this solution is its large extensity and therefore the solution structure is schematically shown in this paper. Keywords: AHP/ANP, DHP/DNP, multicriteria decision making, sustainable development, national energy strategy

Abstract: The reduction of greenhouse gases emission is a growing concern of many countries. The geological storage of is useful and effective approaches to reduce emission. The oil and natural gas industries have long commercial practice of gas injection, enhanced oil recovery ( -EOR). Because coal seam has strong absorption capacity for ,the coal seam can be used as geological storage reservoirs, and coal seam has such characteristics that coal seam is preference for absorption and postponement for absorption, injection into coal seam can enhanced coal bed methane recovery, -ECBM, is a new energy generated by methane from injection into coal seam, and is beneficial complement of the energy , injection into coal seam can not only reduce greenhouse gases emission and but also enhance coal bed methane recovery, which is very significance to environment protection and energy sustainable development in china.

Abstract: This study modeled and simulated the rice-azolla-crab (R-A-C) mutualistic system based on experiments in rice field. The results demonstrated that: mutualism between rice and azolla happened at low density of azolla but competition happened at high density of azolla; The interaction between rice and crab changed from positive to negative as the density of crab increased; By selecting proper initial values of azolla and crab, mutualism could exceed competition; The economic benefits of rice and crab could be increased by increasing mutualism or positive interaction between rice and crab during the rice’s growth.

Abstract: Industrial circular economy is based on industry chain and realized through the coordination of upstream and downstream, with the purpose of comprehensive utilization of coal and other byproducts. This paper analyzes the circular economy development mode from the perspective of industry (industrial cycle economy), with Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group as an example, which constructs Ningdong coal base mainly based on coal industrial circular economy. Its experiences provide certain reference for coal industry and other interrelated industries.

Abstract: The interrelation between economy-society-environment and ecological carrying capacity is the most important theme of sustainable development recently. Based on RS、Arc GIS and SPSS, constructing evaluation index system from the three aspects of the eco-elastic capability, resources and environment carrying capacity, as well as socio-economic coordination capability, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, and state-space techniques to construct the coupling effects model, in order to provide scientific and theoretical basis for the country to implement the scientific concept of development, build a harmonious society and realize the sustainable development of regional economy, society, environment and ecology.

Abstract: The circular economy is a mode of economic development centered on high efficient and cyclic utilization of resources, characterized by low input, high efficiency and low emission. “3R” is the most basic practical operating principle of circular economy. The circular economy integrates the cleaner production and the cyclic utilization of wastes. The green MICE has become one of the important industries of developing circular economy. Ping Hu (2006), Ming-Gui Sun (2006), Wei-Dong He (2009), etc. defined the green MICE respectively. As for the literature review on the researches of green MICE, the foreign scholars and countries focus on the construction of guides to the MICE (Meeting) and of ecological venues, such as Cathy Crisci (2009), the US “Meeting Industry Committee”(2003), Canada National Environment Research Council and Green Meeting Committee, Germany, the UK, France, etc. While in China, we focus on the research of green MICE’s development and approach of practice, such as Ming-Gui Sun & Hong-Yuan Zhang (2006), Cheng Yan (2007), Mei-Liang Cai (2008) and Wei-Dong He (2009), etc. Concluded from the literature review, the research of evaluation system of green MICE will be the future task.

Abstract: Constructivism theory is one of most important theory in arena of environmental sociology. Compared by three groups in China, this article analyzes the relationship between environmental consciousness and constructivism theory based on empirical research. Data found significant on both Faith in Science and Technology and Environment Knowledge while three groups demonstrate differently. Research also expresses the transformation from rural to urban.

Abstract: Petrochemical enterprises has been playing the important role in China's economic growth on the long run , but with a low carbon economy coming, how to motivate petrochemical enterprise of low carbon production become the common topic between government and petrochemical enterprise. Because the goal of Petrochemical enterprise is different from that of government, so petrochemical companies and the government are bound to expand the game in the drive of their own interests. In this paper, through constructing petrochemical game between the enterprise and the government game model, and carry on the game analysis, to study petrochemical enterprise implementation of low carbon production incentive problems, so as to inspire the government petrochemical enterprise low carbon production to provide the theory basis.

Abstract: An Ecological Industrial Park (EIP) is an important practical tool to achieve sustainability, but the stability during its operation is a prominent problem. With the construction and running of many EIPs in China, the in-depth study on the stability is extremely urgent. It has been partially confirmed from the statistics that information platform influences the stability in an industrial ecosystem. On this basis, this paper further analyzed the construction of information platform in EIPs, and tried to study its promoting effects on the stability of EIPs from a new angle instead of the statistical angle.
