Abstract: The EU ETS bill the air transport into the scope of implementation, is the new period airline industry system and the world standard of a signal to shuffle, reflect the environmental protection aviation Europe discourse right over the important component. Tried to realize from the country to air power transformation of the China, in dealing with the serious challenge of the eu ETS bill, it shall strive to resolve the airline industry process of the internationalization of government support, the special legal talent cultivation and reserves, aviation treaty making and national commodity admittance into China elements, and other key issues.

Abstract: There is a close connection between urban forms and microclimates. Shaping an urban form with good climate performance is meaningful for sustainable development. However, there is a professional gap between the field of microclimate and urban form studies and the urban form design practice, which impedes the transformation of research achievements from the former to the latter and has an impact on the orientation of the research issues. This paper adopts a perspective of design-oriented formalism to construct a knowledge and research framework for the field. On the one hand, it presents the researches and knowledge in this field in a form that is easy to be understood by designers; on the other hand, it intends to reveal the design-oriented research path and issues.

Abstract: The coordination development of economy-energy-environment was discussed with traditional environmental loads model, combined with "decoupling" theory. Considering the possibilities of social and economic development, this paper set out three scenarios, and analyzed quantitatively the indexes, which affected carbon dioxide emissions, including population, per capita GDP, industrial structure and energy structure. Based on this, it forecasted carbon dioxide emissions in China in future. By comparing the prediction results, it held that policy scenario was the more realistic scenario, what’s more it can achieve emission reduction targets with the premise of meeting the social and economic development goals. At last, it put forward suggestions to implement successfully policy scenario, from energy structure, industrial structure, low-carbon technology and so on.

Abstract: Climate change is a world-wide problem. The paper analyzed the global climate change characteristics, and put forward that the most important reason in recent years is human activities through many analysis. Then introduced the international negotiations of climate change and summarizes the international experiences that china can learn from.

Abstract: Selecting 50 years temperature observation data from1959 to 2008 and using statistical analysis, this paper revealed the characteristics of temperature variation in Hefei city. The results show that in past 50 years, the annual average temperature in Hefei city greatly increased, tendency rate of temperature change was 0.246°C/10 a, especially after 1993, the temperature increased significantly; the temperature in four seasons all increased somewhat, warming was most prominent in spring. The most significant temperature increase was in spring, winter following behind, temperature increase in autumn was not obvious, and the average summer temperature increased the most unobvious.

Abstract: The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the three “flexibility” mechanisms defined in the Kyoto Protocol. Chinese government implements the CDM projects as the only way and most important means to participate in the global carbon trading market, and provides a lot of policy support; however, there are still many problems and risks during the operation of CDM projects in China: the lack of legal system, Carbon leakage, the insufficient transfer of technology and the passive market position of Chinese enterprises. Starting from the strict GHG reduction target and pilot projects of carbon trading in China, this paper constructs domestic carbon trading market on the basis of experiences and lessons of CDM projects in China; then it puts forward the basic thinking of legal system, market management and supervision system in the process of China’s carbon trading market establishment.

Abstract: With increasing frequency of hazards caused by global climate change, the importance of regulating carbon dioxide emission and coping with climate change has been recognized by the entire society. This paper utilized an Energy Flow Diagram to incorporate the energy supplies, conversion and final consumption for analyses. A multi-objective programming model was established to reduce the economic investment on the reduction of air pollution and carbon emission, and applied in a case study of Tianjin, one of the economic hubs of North China. This study can be potentially useful for making decisions on the synergistic CO2 and air pollution reduction and solving conflicts between economic development and environmental protection in China.

Abstract: Take for example the BRIC economies: Brazil, Russia, India and China. We investigated the time series data on the relationship between carbon dioxide emission and economic growth in these fast-growing developing countries by both comparative statics and comparative dynamics. The results show that there is the monotonic relationship between total carbon dioxide emissions, carbon dioxide emissions per capita and per capita GDP in any one of the BRIC countries. And there is decreasing relationship between the carbon dioxide emissions per unit GDP and per capita GDP.

Abstract: This paper calculated CO2 emissions of China’s three industries, industry, construction, light industry, heavy industry and industrial trades on the basis of the statistical data from 1990 to 2010.The factors, influencing the CO2 emissions change of industrial sectors, were decomposed into economy factor, structure factor, efficiency factor and emission factor through the complete decomposition model. And then the effect of these factors over years was quantitatively analyzed. The analysis results showed that, firstly, China’s industrial sectors’ CO2 emissions were mainly from the secondary industry whose emissions were from industry mostly. And further, the industry’s CO2 emissions were mostly from heavy industry, mainly the six major trades. Secondly, economy factor contributed to the CO2 emissions increase. Structure factor and emission factor acted insignificant roles in CO2 emissions reduction. And China’s CO2 emissions reduction relied mainly on efficiency factor during the inspection period. And finally, changing the mode of economic growth is an effective way to slow down the rapid growth of China’s CO2 emissions. Both structure factor and efficiency factor have fine effect to CO2 emissions reduction, and the structure factor gets even more obvious.

Abstract: The KMgAl sorbents for CO2 capture was investigated in this study. The sorbent showed a maximum CO2 capture capacity with MgO loading of 10 wt % at low temperature in simulated flue gas. The presence of an appropriate amount of water vapor pretreatment had a positive effect on the CO2 capture capacity. Furthermore, the XRD results revealed that the main active species K4H2(CO3)3•1.5H2O appeared after water vapor pretreatment with 0-20 min and Mg4Al2(OH)12CO3•3H2O formed as the time of water vapor pretreatment increased. The main products KHCO3 and K2Mg(CO3)2•4H2O formed over the sorbent pretreated with water vapor after CO2 adsorption in the absence of water vapor.
