The Design and Production of High-Count Silver Fiber / Cotton Blended Yarn-Dyed Antibacterial Shirting Fabric

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper describes the use of high-count silver fiber / cotton blended yarn as raw material, to design antibacterial yarn-dyed shirting fabric. During the process of designing, the designer should take into account both antibacterial, deodorant characteristics and static electricity eliminating effect, but also consider the cost. The smart grid design of the electri-city interlacing of silver-containing fiber with cotton blended yarn and pure cotton yarn is presented as a net shape, which could improve the antibacterial features of the shirting material with the organization of small circulation. Therefore, in this paper the designing process of antibacterial yarn-dyed shirting material is put forward.
