Research on the Application of Ethnic Look for the Textile Visual Design

Abstract:

China is a multi-ethnic country and has rich resources in material and non-material cultural heritages. As a kind of aesthetic inspiration, these cultural heritages have unique ethnic look. In view of the signification of visual design in textile, this article focuses on the combination of the ethnic look and the textile visual design, and aims to enhance the artistic expression of the textile fabric by using the ethnic look to propose new ideas for the value-added fabrics, to achieve the best combination of ecological aesthetics and modern consumer needs, and provides reasonable proposals to the application of ethnic look in textile visual design.
