Abstract: This paper explores the robust stability and H∞ control performance index of uncertain system with time-varying delay. The output feedback H∞ controller is constituted at the finite uncertain limit. The condition of delay-independence for the system with asymptotic stable and perturbation sustaining is derived as LMI formulation. The optimum control problem of uncertain time-delay system with H-infinite output feedback is presented. The stability and exogenous disturbance constraint synthesis is performed by chaos and genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm based optimization approach is developed for extracting the upper bound of the performance index. Experiment results suggest that the H∞ output feedback control law is less conservative and possesses much high stabilization and optimization performance.

Abstract: In this paper, we use the case-based reasoning method to build the battlefield and military unit hierarchy reasoning model. The military unit level and multiple military entities at different levels were compared with the case base, said that the characteristic element of the battlefield and military units were collected applied to different levels in the case base , its results are provided automatically for each output and modify. We may construct the evolution model of a battlefield situation for analysis, reasoning and prediction, so as to provide the basis to commanders for decision-making.

Abstract: We proceed from the perspective of object-oriented analysis and design modeling, focusing on the model design of command and control automation system, using Colored Petri Net (CPN) to a command and control systems for dynamic design and simulation run. A method of mapping from UML product can be used for logical, behavioral and performance aspects of architecture evaluation methods of CPN executable models is proposed. We first descript the command and control system for UML modeling generally, and then elaborate the process from UML products are mapped to the CPN build executable model of the command and control system.

Abstract: Modern warfare aerial targets threat judgment is affected by many factors, these factors, there are some uncertainties, and make full use of the mathematical tools you can solve the uncertainty problem. Based on the fuzzy mathematics research, will it cleverly used to solve the threat judgment problems, effectively plays the superiority of fuzzy arithmetic, the specified air strike targets pose a threat to the conservation targets as well as the threat degree, and then depending on the threat degree sort the targets for the operational command decision-making to provide a more scientific and reasonable basis.

Abstract: This article presents an improved Rao-Blackwellized particle filter to overcome particles degeneracy phenomenon and acquire the better localization precision of the autonomous vehicle. The joint posteriori probability density is given that being correlative with the position and pose of the autonomous vehicle and the mark characters of the map. The algorithm utilizes a Markov chain Monte Carlo method with the sampling particle of the target to the resample mechanism of the Rao-Blackwellized particle filter. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm is valid.

Abstract: Vessel weapon firing precision is deeply influenced by the attitude, which also affects vessel combat efficiency. In order to realize the high precision determination of vessel weapon attitude, this paper presented the weapon attitude measuring theory based on CIRS(Conventional Inertial Reference System). The theory contained star apparent place synchronous calculation, star image coordinates calculation and three-axis attitude solution. It was realized that weapon attitude measurement could be carried out in the sailing, which error was not accumulated. The advantage of this theory is high precision, high reliability and low cost.

Abstract: In this paper, the general solution of Laplace equation is presented, the electric potential yielded by local electric charge system in remote field is discussed. The result shows that the electric potential yielded can be expressed as the repeated addition of multiple molecules, local electric charge system can be replaced by multiple molecules located at the origin. By comparing the result with the general solution of Laplace equation, the physical meanings of all terms of the general solution are much clearer, the mathematical equation and the physical model are unified.

Abstract: This paper discusses the mathematical conditions of achievement of maximum power transfer from source to load in electric circuits where their basic elements (resistance, inductance and capacitance) are eventually linear and time-varying but not necessarily everywhere time-differentiable. This last concern is seen to be relevant for the inductive part of the circuit whose time- derivative, where it exists, plays the role of a resistor while it has an impulsive characterization at time instants where such a time-derivative does not exist. The power transfer degradation through time is also characterized related to the initial values of the circuitry provided that the source remains unaltered through time.

Abstract: his paper investigates the nonlinear oscillation of elastic string loaded a concentrated mass in the middle, and vibrating in transverse direction. Through a simple device, free undamped oscillation and forced damped oscillation are studied in detail, which reveals the nonlinear characteristic under oscillation. By tuning the stretch ratio and the initial length of the elastic string, the nonlinear performance can be adjusted in terms of excitation frequencies. This property can be used in energy harvesting from environment vibration, which allows the harvesting device work over a wider range of frequencies and improves the ability of energy harvesting.

Abstract: The paper mainly focuses on the possibility of realizing the NMR spectroscopy in a non-static external field and discusses the experimental scheme for developing the probes with the abilities to provide a precise real-time map of the time dependent magnetic field. From theoretical side, the paper analyzes the effect on the spin transition by a time dependent longitudinal field. For a 1/2 spin system, we have derived a simple formula for the prediction of the probabilities of occupation of the 1/2 and -1/2 states in a non-static field.
